Brandon, I'm starting to cold today because I have been in realtors for 2 years and a couple of months and being broke isn't fun. I need a listing! Plus, as long as I stay away from the DNC lists. I should be okay. Thank you, Brandon for this great video.
Brandon in my option yourself and Ricky Carruth are stand outs when it comes to Sharing your knowledge to help an agent grow and learn . It’s amazing . Thank you so much
Also consider it as the number of people telling you no. I just read Go For No and it really helped me understand that I was supposed to actually embrace being told no X number of times to reach the number of yeses I need to hit for my financial goals.
What lead source do you recommend that can be down loaded into a CRM . What dialer do you use? How many phantom numbers should an agent use for calling, and how often should they be changed?
Hi Guy I’m an internet Salesman for the number one Honda Dealership in the Nation, and it really is a Numbers Game, you have to make at least 10 to 12 calls an hour which in 8/hr. Day your making a minimum of 80 calls. How contacts in 80/calls and out of the contacts you made how many people are ready to buy this is how it works in sale for any business, not all contacts are ready to buy. Some people are Great Closer on the phone and some are not, they can’t hang. Thank You.
Hey Brandon, if someone was about to get their license soon and will sign up for your coaching right when they get licensed.. should they just sign up for a cloud based brokerage since the training will come from you? Or should they still join a traditional brokerage?
Has anybody gone from a triple line to single line and seen more connections? I’ve been hearing from a couple people using an actual phone with local # or single line voip will get you more connections now than a dialer because of filters carriers have put up. Can someone confirm it doesn’t make sense to me personally.
The phone numbers are coming from dialer programs. These are Vulcan 7, RedX, Espresso Agent, etc…. Pick the one that works for you,. Vulcan does a monthly subscription program so you’re not locked into a contract.
Getting only 2-3 contacts/hr is tough. I switched to Vulcan 7 hoping it would improve but not much. I'm tracking everything, going hard with my finger on the button to call next as soon I get VM or no pickup. Dialing around 100-120 numbers per/hr. 30 second max ring time. Some are just wrong numbers sure, but it seems like no one will pick up the phone! Is it just my market? I would kill for 7/hr. Maybe I need a triple-line 😢
It ebbs and flows throughout the year. I’m in suburban Chicago and right now it’s hard to get contacts. Come February, it’s a different story. I’ve been doing this for a few years and you start to see patterns. It’s all about call volume. I was very consistent my 1st year and ended up scoring 10 listings. This was in addition to my SOI. My point is keep your call consistency. It will come.

Hi Brandon, I am looking at hiring someone to do the cold calling, is this still effective?

Thank you Brandon. What do you mean by “contacts per day”? Conversations?? Thanks! You’re the best! Truly. 😊

Same thing with me in Virginia bro, and the listings are slowing up

45 contacts your foot?! 😅 it all depends on the definition of "contact"...if you count in those "wrong numbers..." may be 1000 is possible 😳
Wrong number ain’t a contact bud
