This was so helpful! I've spent my time circle prospecting and with old expireds, but it's a little different up here in Canada (no listed cell phones and we're locked down so no door knocking). Nice to hear how these conversations should be going though!

As a veteran sales person, new to RE. I suffer from burn out and call reluctance. Being able to listen to you do live calls is great for "therapy" trying to get back into the game. Thank you for being so transparent and actually offering real help w no hype. Big love!

I experience this also. The fear is crippling. I need a partner to help me but I'm considering hiring an assistant. In the mean time I'm working on building my courage again. I've called in the past. Took a break now Its a struggle getting my mojo back unfortunately
Same, been in the business to business sales game for 26 years, cold call burnout. RE is currently my side gig but it looks like i'm going to start from the bottom and CC once more. I'm use to it, just not my favorite.

Hey Brandon! Awesome video man you’re truly a legend on the phones, also very cool that you’re from my state. The idea to add old expireds is brilliant! When I call expireds as long as the conversation is heading in the right direction I’ll usually ask for the appointment on the first contact, and I noticed at least on the first one in this video that’s not what you did. Would you not recommend that? Thanks!

You know about, I remember seeing this video about 6 months ago and thinking yeah I can figure this out, got a deal out of calling a FSBO, since then nothing, I come back watch this video again and when Brandon talks about building that funnel, he is spot on, because six months later, I’m dry as a bone, never again though. Hi Brandon, I joined your coaching club a couple years ago. Been grateful for what you’re sharing and it’s been working. But I have one question. In the for sale by owner script, when you say to them from the script, “ if I could show you a strategy that wouldn’t net you $10,000-$20,000 more…” what is that strategy? I can’t find it in any of the Coaching material.

You can still email the cma prior to going.... but we know how things can happen or how much easier it is for them to get busy and procrastinate if they are not already committed.

When making these calls, are you using a lead source like Vulcan 7, or espresso agent?

Caller ID and usually I’ll drop a pre recorded VM with my number.

I'm manually dialing so I'm not sure how the dialer you use handles numbers that have been disconnected or something like that. Does it count them as a dial for your tracking purposes? Or does it only count dials that get picked up by a person or voicemail?

Awesome content love your videos, when you were speaking to Dave you said you didn't get a lead with him but I must disagree. He mentioned his neighbor across the street attempted to try and sell his home. It seems like this may be a lead to a potential listing. Is there any reason you wouldn't consider this a lead? Just for my further learning purposes.
Yes I asked him if he knew him at all and was going to try to go down that path but it seem like he had a relationship. I already door knocked the neighbor and had a great conversation!

Amazing content, just wanted to get your input as to why you didn't think it was a lead but like you say in other videos leave no rock unturned.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly..
