Idk why you do these videos. I know its not the money. I do want to thank you. You make a bunch of sense and explain things in a way where I dont doubt what you say. I should be getting started selling houses very soon and appreciate all your work.
Perfectly said! So many holes…. Are listing agents not explaining how the commission works? It’s written plain as day in our contract here in Ohio. I emphasize how the % is broken down. 3% to my brokerage, 3% to buyers broker ( who ever brings us a buyer)… I don’t see where there is confusion in this. I think it lack of communication
Great Scripts and session today. I know many commenters under these videos will just shine your apple in hopes for a reply, but I prefer to shoot you straight. It may not be the thing you want to read, but I think its the right thing to do. I believe it will make your videos much better and more impactful to viewers. Thats what you want, right?! *Mic was a lil' hot today coach. might need to pot it down a bit, watch those levels. =))
This is very helpful. I just passed the real estate exam and I am joining a company in Las Vegas tomorrow. Then the work starts. I have a lot of strategies in my list that I am ready to implement to bring the most money to my future clients. ❤
Brandon, from your experience what is your take on realtors driving old cars/trucks? Some agents say that customers are less likely to list with you if you drive something old and what may appear cheap to them. I currently drive a straight piped 1979 Ford F250 with chipped paint and surface rust on the frame
I guess depends who you're clients are! I used to drive a Hunday Santa Fe 2011. Most of clients are investors immigrants in Chicago and I sell a lot of investments. The investors were game - they understood I was investing my money in RE as cars are not appreciating assets. And then some well to do clients asked me directly if I'm so successful why I drive that car. Bough a 2 year old Lexus 350 and no more complaints from neither type of clients. Some see value, some see success.
This was EXCELLENT. If there’s one thing I hate about sales in general, is that sinking, sleazy feeling of being “needy” or that you are at the client’s mercy.
Just a note: amateur is spelled AMATEUR and not AMATUER. As you probabaly know its a French word. The etymology comes from AMATORE in Latin which means the one who loves something. However TUER in french means to KILL. The way you wrote it with the spelling mistake would mean that an AMATUER is someone who likes to KILL.....rather funny

Yeah. At this point I don’t think a client will decide to hire you based on what you drive or what you wear
