I think the most valuable piece of these videos for me now is on the mental side of things. If you do this consistently you will make more money then you need. Been calling expired for about 60 days through Vulcan and been on 4 appointments haven’t got a listing yet, I related to the 30-60 day limbo agents go through of learning, Also relate to the guilt I have when not calling new expired right at 8 am

Hey Brandon can you talk about prospecting in Canada? We dont have Vulcan 7 and cant called expired listings b/c we cant get the #s. We also have little to no FSBO's how would you approach these markets.

How do you guys get the phone numbers for expired's or FSBO's?? Do I have to pay for a subscription service? Or, can I find these numbers somewhere?
FSBOs are listed on Zillow along with their number in the listing.
I crush expired listings, but there are hardly any in my market, ugh

I am watching for the 1at time. I am in my 20th year. In all honesty 40-55 expired/fsbo/absentee a day? In my area there may be 5 expired at most and maybe a fsbo. where is he?

In NYS, The bad end of cold calling is: (according to the Governor Huchul ) its against the law. The penalty:$20,000.

Vulcan is $300+ a month, which can be too expensive for new agents. Are there other more cost effective tools, or something else you'd recommend?
@@danielcoker8957 my plus leads is much less expensive, but the data isn't as good as Vulcan 7
@danielcoker8957 RedX I believe is cheaper. Also MOJO. You have to spend money to make money. Alternatively, door knock expired if you can't swing the 300.
