This is amazing!!! Thank you for THE best compilation of sauces, dips and dressings 🩷
You are a gift to the WFPB community! I have learned more from you than any other 🥰
Wow, thank you! This made my day! So happy to be helpful to others - thanks for the kind words!
Where have you been all my life?!?! Your channel is a freaking godsend. Now I am going to binge watch. I have been plant based 4 years (this time: I was for 18 months a while back but fell off the wagon) Thank you so much for being here! 🎉
We've been right here waiting for you! It's about time you found us!! :) And our pleasure - happy you have a new channel to binge :)
Thanks! And for being a special WFPB RUclipsr who shares both your own and others’ recipes and keeps things real. Oh and for taking the time to create the thumbnails so we can jump to and return to specific topics. I’m getting irritated with other people’s hour long blabs or no content shorts. you’re the best!
Thank you so much for this! Just like you I've spent a lot of time watching other RUclipsrs in our community and while there's a lot doing great stuff, so many just don't put forth that little extra effort to make it fun to watch. It helps that I'm a filmmaker as well, so I'm able to use those skills with that as well, and it seems to be effective. I'm just glad to have been welcomed by this community and excited to see it growing and that the world we've put in is loved as much as we love making it. :)
What a great selection of sauces! I'm going to try every one of them-thank you! Love the way you pronounce bolognese! Never heard anyone pronouce it like that! Looks delicious! Thanks Jeremy. Love your videos-watch them on repeat to get loads of dinner ideas and for the general enjoyment that comes from watching you and your lovely family. 😊😊😊
You are so welcome! Thank you Anna!
Also - I've been saying bolgnese like that my entire life! No one has ever corrected me!!!.....
@@pbwithjeremy Love it! 😊
The cheese sauce is a game changer for me. I was finding it difficult to find something to use for cheese. This sauce hits all the cheese elements. When I started making it someone in my house said, "That's not cheese that's stew!" but when it was done everyone thought it was great. I'm going to try the other sauces too. What I like about the recipes is that they are the kind of food we eat, and that are easy to eat on a busy day.
Thanks for sharing this! My goal is to try and make eating this way as easy and normal as possible for everyone so glad to hear that's what you see! It does look like stew when it starts and then it magically transforms! :)
I would love a part 2! I would like to see some good recipes for onion gravy and/or mushroom gravy. Things that would be good to top potatoes with :)
Ohhhh. I have a killer mushroom gravy. I’m going to include it for a holiday video for later this fall
Yes, a part 2 would be great! Sauces are so important!
Always looking to up my sauce game! Thank you Jeremy! 🙏🏽
Happy to help!
Yessss.....a video about sauces and dressings 🙏
You got it!
When I was in high school, I had the flu after eating a salad with French dressing. Still can't eat French dressing 50 years later.
Thank you for this video! And I love watching your family honestly react to new food recipes.
Thanks for sharing! Wow - 50 years. And our pleasure - thanks for watching!!!
I'm definitely a sauce person! Thanks for compiling all of these into one video, Jeremy!
You bet!
Thanks Jeremy! I’ve been in a funk lately about what to eat, just been kind of blah. Now I’m excited!!
You’ve given me so many ideas for meals and most of the ingredients I already have on hand. I’m looking forward to trying many of these recipes, they look delicious. I always look forward to watching your videos. 😊
So glad! I try to make these things as accessible as possible to all - so this sort of message really makes me happy that it got you out of a funk :) Thanks for letting me know!
This is great.! Thanks Jeremy. Would love to see a part 2 😋
Alright - I'll see what I can do :)
I made the fo-gurt with frozen raspberries and bananas, it made the creamiest ice cream! I love the cashew sauce you make for your 8 layer bean dip, its so easy! I have also added garlic to the Estelston's green goddess dressing and we like it better
Oh that's a great tip!!! Glad you're enjoying these recipes - your nice cream sounds delicious!
Thank you so much!! Your chanel is becoming a fav, especially when you keep the language clean so I'm not constantly worrying what my littles are hearing. Thanks for all the helpful info!
We do our best - apologies if we slip up from time to time :)
RUclips suggested this video to me, and I honestly feel there was life before PB with J, and a better life after finding this channel. ❤
Oh wow - what a lovely thing to say - thank you!!!!
@@pbwithjeremy Well, thank *you* for the channel! 🤩
Hi Jeremy, I'm always looking for a good vegan cheese sauce so I tried yours and honestly it was OK however, the next day I used it to make mac n cheese and it was amazing!! The flavours must have mingled together overnight and it was really really good!! Couple of other sauces I try to keep in my fridge that are super easy to make are Korean ssamjang which is spicy with loads of umami, great on noodles, dumplings, rice bowls, tzatziki is again simple but so good on everything Greek or middle Eastern, vegan bacon marinade is fab as a marinade for veg, tofu, tempeh etc and I always have some flavour of oil free hummus for dipping or to make into a salad dressing, on sweet or regular crispy potatoes and amazing as a pasta sauce and the last one is an Indian coriander chutney which is so easy to make and drizzled over anything Indian at all is fab!! A couple of the dressings in your video I also keep in hand like a peanut one, tofu mayo, a pesto and the cheese one, I love sauces on everything and most of them keep for weeks in a sealed jar because of the acid/salt, as long as there's nothing fuzzy on top I'm cool with it 😂
Thanks for all of this! And yes - that cheese sauce gets better the next day for sure - but I still love it the day of - thanks for this feedback!
What is your recipe for tzaziki?
It's not mine, but there's one in one of these cooking videos....
@@pbwithjeremy thanks
Awesome and yes sauces are KEY
Excellent thanks so much
Oh, PB, man, you gotta embrace the caper. Baby steps. It opens up a whole world. If it is overwhelming, start with just a little in a Caesar salad dressing and then build up to a full piccata!
I don't mind them with the right flavours actually.
Thank you so much Jeremy, I really enjoyed your video
Glad to hear it!
Best sauce video I have ever seen 😁
Oh wow - thank you!!!!
Can't wait....very excited!!! 😊
Hope you like it! Two more sleeps!
Nice compilation video. I needed to watch it again for inspiration! 😋

Great video, would love to see a Part 2. The stir fry looks delicious (saw it on the original video), love the faux-hurt and will try it. The chia pudding looks great too. Thanks!
Thank you!!!
Enjoyed once again, informative entertaining homely and down to earth. Loved it
Thanks again!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
LOL - loved your video and learned a lot. Thank you.
So glad!
I have tried many, many, many plant based cheeses sauces over the years, but this has the right amount of tang, fat and seasoning to make it practically perfect. The only thing I had trouble with is figuring out what size carrot/onion/potato to use, because they come in all different sizes. This is what I figured out. For the carrots/onions=1 cup each and 2 cups of potato's. Boil half the liquid away before blending. For the Nooch= 3/4 cup. I did not add the starch, as the sauce was thick, but still pourable after blending. Highly recommend and it will be difficult for any other content creator to top this one. Best of the Best 🧀🧀
Oh wow - thank you! I do recommend the starch though if you want it to set and be spreadable later. BUt if you like it a bit runnier this works too. Glad you dig it!
Good stuff! Love your family’s honesty!
Thank you 😊
Thank you!!!! For making these videos and sharing your recipes!!! I cannot wait to make these?
Glad you like them! Let us know what you think! :)
Made your taco’s and breakfast cookies DELICIOUS THANK YOU!!!

I had to make the chia pudding right away! That is the best chia pudding recipe I’ve ever tried! Thanks for this great video and all these sauces. I need to make the green goddess dressing for my salad sometime today.
Glad you liked it!! It's such a killer recipe - and ADDICTIVE - which is okay since it's healthy!
Let me know what you think of the Green Goddess!
Yum!!!!

So fortunate to discover your channel. A PB muse. Keep rockin’ 😊

Made the cheese sauce yesterday and it was amazing! Also we've been devouring your chocolate chia pudding. Sometimes I add a little cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne. Love it so much! I really want to try all these. Thanks for another wonderful and inspirational video! P.s. hubby can't eat anything with curry-type seasoning...tragic!
Ohhhhh - I'm going to steal your idea next time I make some - so glad you're loving it and that the cheese sauce has been a success so far!!!
Love your cheese sauce. I sometimes cook up the veg in my IP. Thanks Jeremy!
Nice. Do you steam?
winner winner, vegan dinners! Thanks Jeremy.

Great channel! Love your content. Thank you for showing others how delicious plant-based eating is 🌱
You are so welcome! Happy to do it!
Thank you so much. We need some good sauces to top our vegan meals with!
Yes we do
This is awesome. Thank you for posting this beautiful video and so many wonderful ideas. With love and many blessings from Florida.
Thank you so much!
I made the green goddess dressing after watching your video, it is amazing! Making the ponzu sauce this week. Thank you for your videos!!😊
My pleasure!! So glad you enjoyed - isn't it great?!
Another wonderful video!! Yes please to a follow up video to this one❤
A part 2 will be coming at some point. If not by the end of this year then early in the new year. I've just got too many ideas already in place between now and then :)
When I was a kid I had a lot of respiratory infections and my mom would crush penicillin and mix it with strawberry jam. It took me years to be able to eat strawberry jam.
My mom did that with Tylenol and apple sauce!
The same but she used peanut butter and honey. I’m afraid nothing covered up the taste of those sulfa tablets and yes the thought of that combo still makes me gag!
My Mom used Jello Pudding Cups. I still can’t eat pudding. 🤢
Ha. Well, they aren't vegan/plant-based so maybe that's best.
Yep, I had exactly the same experience with honey. Honey always bought back that horrible bitter taste for many years and in fact even now at the ripe old age of 72 , just thinking about honey brings the exact taste memory back. Ugh!
Marshmallows on Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Casserole🤢. Now I enjoy crushed pineapple, and some fresh orange juice with a bit of zest and vanilla. Then sprinkle on a blend of toasted pecans, coconut, and oats, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and cinnamon crumble topping. 😋; or a basic baked sweet potato. 😊
Oh - that's new - and sad - can you not have marshmallows at all, or just on the caserole?
@@pbwithjeremy I really only like them toasted and well caramelized on a dark chocolate s’more. A smear of PB and a sprinkle of sea salt is heavenly! 🙂
Thankfully, my mother did not like marshmallows on sweet potatoes. I think I'll start adding pecans to her recipe.
Yes!!!
Now you're speaking my language!
I would love a part 2 also. I get bored easily and need to change up sauces to make dinner interesting and something to look forward. Thanks for doing this. I love your videos 😁
I feel you! A part 2 will be coming at some point. If not by the end of this year then early in the new year. I've just got too many ideas already in place between now and then :)
Great sauces, part two would be great! 🎉
Will do!
👋 hey nice to see you guys again! For me my food trigger is avocado 🥑! 😢even the tiniest of a piece throws my tummy into outer space, which is so sad because I remember when I was younger I could eat it. Booooooo lol anyway wanted to thank you for sharing your views and recipes. I can’t tell you how important it is to have sauce recipes and your explanation on dressing is etched in my brain now, thank you 🙏 Also would love a part two 👍
Thanks for sharing - shame about avocado! The cheese sauce is in the description below :) Glad my dressing/sauce formula makes sense :)
I just came across your channel and I’m so glad ❤ I want to make EVERYTHING! I just bought a percolator coffee pot yesterday and can’t wait to use it. I grew up in a log cabin in the woods and I learned a lot of useful skills including how to make a good pot of coffee😊 I’m forever grateful for my childhood and the beautiful memories ❤
Wonderful! You sound like you have an AMAZING life story!
I needed some good sauces in my life! I'm going to use some of these to elevate my otherwise not so exciting meals. Thanks! I'm going to try the Ponzu sauce today.
You are so welcome! Let us know what you think!
New sub from Northern Ireland 🤩
Thanks for subbing!
A frother works well to mix dressing.
Good tip! I’ve done that too :)
This was brilliant! Part 2 if not made please.
Ive been bingeing your videos and this is a fav because its all very simple.
Awesome! Thank you! Part 2 coming sooooon!
Glad i found your channel! I’ve been plant based for 8 years , but i now have ALS and i am in a wheelchair and its difficult to cook now 😢
You got this! Happy you found us too - hopefully we have some content here that can help!
Thank you for these sauces! I recently stumbled upon your channel and am thrilled to see another family with kiddos who are vegan and are exploring new recipes and flavors, just like my family does! I have two boys 11 and 13, and I can't wait to show them your videos. I think they will love seeing kids their ages journeying through vegan foodie-exploring home chef (previously un-vegan) parents
Our kids are the same age! So happy to think our kids can help inspire yours - let me know how that goes! And give them noodles another shot some time!! Face that fear!!!!
I love your vegan recipes and your no-nonsense approach.
Yay, thank you!
Thank you, thank you!! I'm looking forward to trying all of these. ❤
Let me know your thoughts when you do!
We just tried the chia pudding. So yummy!! Next is the cheese sauce:)
Okay I made it the other day and I cooked it till it was super duper thick. It's not the first time I've ever cooked after pureeing something. It wasn't sliceable. But it's very much reminded me and tasted like cheese whiz! I offered it to four other people three of which are plant-based and all four of them said they really loved it! We really missed our cheese whiz from our Childhood Days. I added seasonings to make it more nacho but I absolutely thank you so much!
I'm glad you liked it! So - the trick to making it grateable is to freeze it now! And if you want it to be a sauce you can cook it for less time. It'll thicken as it cools so you can put the leftovers into the fridge and it'll become vegan cheeze whiz :)
@pbwithjeremy I did put a small amount in the freezer to see how it would grate. But how would I make it sliceable? After cooking it? It never got hard enough to slice. Was always a consistency of Cheez Whiz
Yeah.... we just spread it on stuff after it's been in the fridge - Spreading is the new Slicing :) (can we make that a thing?)
@@pbwithjeremy absolutely it's still a winner as far as I'm concerned, that is with my nacho cheese spices added in it!
I'm enjoying your videos. I appreciate your humor. Thanks for making them. You'll respond to all your comments? That's quite a statement. Challenge accepted!
I do! (sometimes it's hard to see all the replies though)
Glad you're digging the humour and enjoying the content!
I made your cheese sauce recipe it was delicious first Nacho’s since I went plant based
So happy for you! If you've got leftovers you've got loads you can do with it!!!
You have inspired me to try a plant based diet -4 days a week to get started...( Hoping the recipes will be good enough to get my husband to get on board). I'm traveling overseas right now so have been watching a lot of youtube videos to get some ideas. I found this wonderful vegan/ vegetarian restuarant in Bangkok that I absolutely love! They use a black rice in some of their dishes. I have ordered it from Amazon to make a Buddha bowl with it.......
Black rice is so good!!! And wow. That means a lot. The food is great if you give it a chance and find the type of food you like. Let me know how it goes!
I’m so glad to have discovered you today xox
I'm so glad too - welcome!!!
Whoa, whoa. Careful with the kissing and hugging. He's a happily married man!
Made your breakfast cookies, they were loved by all. Can't wait to make kombucha dressing and much more. Thank you.❤
You are so welcome! So happy to hear that - let me know how you like the dressing :)
@@pbwithjeremymade it for lunch, so good. I never thought about using vegan yogurt for dressing but it worked so nicely. Thank you again.
my pleasure! It's sorta like a sour cream if it's not sweetened
Thanks for these videos! Would love to see some videos of all instant pot meals/dishes.
Coming soon! - Will be doing a What I Eat from a cookbook that's all Instant Pot - but I could put together a compilation of my IP stuff too!
@@pbwithjeremy both of those options sound great! Love the compilations like this video because it makes it easy to search, but also love the cookbook weeks!
Sweet!@@waterloobicycleworks
Black salt, which isn't salty. It adds the eggie flavor to items that have a eggie taste. Like mayo, tofu scramble. 😂 caution its not black incolor. Make sure you get the one that's edible ❤
Suggestion for cookbook to review, Korean Vegan. I would love to have you add this to your "to review" list.
Lots of recommendations for this one - it's on the list :)
Awesome compilation video that reminded me of some of the best sauces from your other videos. Yes, would like a “part 2” please. The TVP bolognese looks so good. When my kids were growing up that was a “go to” meal for us bc it was so quick and easy on week nights with spaghetti. Yours is much better with the onions, garlic and peppers than mine was, so I’ll have to try yours. The silver lining to this yucky cold/virus I’ve had for the past 11 days is that I have had lots of time to binge my favorite RUclipsrs like you and other vegan superheroes from whom I have learned so much. Have you always been so comfortable in the kitchen? It’s inspiring! Thanks for all you do!
Hope you feel better soon! Who are the other vegan superheroes you love to watch?
Honestly - I've only been cooking in any serious way for a few years now. I was never *useless* in a kitchen - but I wasn't great at it... are far from comfortable!
You look like you’ve always known your way around the kitchen. And you’re very comfortable in front of the camera (as well as behind it). My other vegan superheroes are Chef AJ, Broccoli Mum, Jane and Anne Esselstyn (so funny!), and so many others, including all the WFPB docs (Drs Greger, Esselstyn, Barnard, Ornish, Campbell, Esser, Lisle, etc). ❤
Your videos are so much fun, I'm so happy I found your channel. Hello from South Africa! PS my husband laughs every time you say 'pasta'...he's Italian and always tells me I say 'oregano' wrong too LOL. We love you and your family!
I probably mispronounce half the words I say - glad you're enjoying us regardless :) Now I want to hear how we're supposed to say it - long a? Paasta?
@@pbwithjeremy Pahsta. 🙂
Thanks Jeremy! Loving your channel - it's become one of our favorites for information, inspiration and entertainment. You and your family are wonderful to watch. When I watch you pit an avocado, I wonder if you've ever tried simply using your fingers on the back (skin side) of the avo to push the pit out. As long as the avo is ripe it works brilliantly and so much safer. Keep up the excellent work - you're making a meaningful difference in supporting delicious, nutritious and animal-friendly eating!
Oh wow - what a lovely comment!!!
As per the avocado, thanks for the tip. I do like living on the edge, but I'll give it a shot ;-)
@@pbwithjeremy Here's a little video in case you're interested. My mom was an emergency room nurse and avo and mango injuries are apparently quite frequent and can be nasty. www.google.com/search?q=pit+from+avocado+no+knife&rlz=1C1CHBD_enCA757CA757&oq=pit+from+avocado+no+knife&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOTIHCAEQIRigATIHCAIQIRigATIHCAMQIRigAdIBCTkzOTdqMGoxNagCALACAA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#kpvalbx=_FNbsZKnlL7-50PEPvsCKmA4_32
eeeeeep. alright - thanks for the warning!
I was going thru recipes on your website yesterday and chocolate chia pudding, cheese sauce and various other recipes are on my list. These other sauces you shared are a total bonus !!!! I make your muffin recipe on repeat and can't wait to try others. I appreciate all your inspiration it's awesome 👍😎
Wonderful! This makes me so happy! Let me know what you think of these sauces when you get a chance!
Definitely will do !!! 😊
Forgot to ask you what protein powder do you use in your faux gurt ?
The one I use they sell at Costco - it's called LeanFit Organic Plant-Based Protein - they have a vanilla and a chocolate - both sweetened with monk fruit
Awesome, thank you !!! 😊
Plz part twoo
Thank you so much for this very useful video! I honestly cannot chose which one is better, so I will have to make them all 🙃 Greetings from Germany!
P.S. A nice idea for a compilation video would be recipes inspired from specific international cuisines for example only mediterranean or indian etc.
You are so welcome! And I Agree - make them all and let us know what you think!
Thanks for another great video. I'm going to make the pesto tomorrow and some others during the week. Just wondering where you buy TVP? I'm in Canada too- west coast though
Thanks!!! Let me know how you like!
I get mine at bulk stores, but I've seen them in the natural aisle at grocery stores as well!
First off, thank you for this video. I'm definitely going to try these. It's funny that you mention your fear of eating mayo after your food poisoning. I had the same reaction when I was a kid and my family went out for pizza. After we got home that night I got really sick and in my head I blamed the pizza, but it turned out that I just caught the flu, but I didn't eat pizza again until almost 20 years later. Funny how our mind plays tricks on us sometimes.
Right?! But it's more than that - it's not so much a trick as our body protecting us. Your brain legit thought that pizza made it's body sick, so it threw up a signal that pizza = poison so that you wouldn't try to eat it again. It's pretty amazing.
Peanut brittle. Yeah, I got so sick on it when I was a kid, can't do it. Sorry about your mayo mishap... Thanks for another awesome video.
You got sick on peanut brittle??? From eating too much? And you're welcome!!!
I know, right? Probably ate too much - good Wisconsin cooking- hard to stop. Thanks mom!
Wow! So glad I came across your channel! Now I have so many healthy options!
Please recommend to me a good protein powder I can use . Both vanilla and chocolate flavors..
Thank you.
Consider either LeanFit or Inno Supps! Those are my gotos!
Check it out man! Those numbers are on the rise. People are catching on! Thanks for putting out another great video!
They really are! Thanks for keeping tabs and rooting for the channel!
Hey Jeremy, when you made the mayonnaise I see you used the Magic Bullet. I have a Vitamix that I use for everything but for 2 people the amount used to make say mayo, sour cream, salad dressings, etc. the Vitamix container is way too big. So I've been looking to see what is powerful enough to make cashews totally creamy but in a nice small container. So, since you guys use the Magic Bullet do you find it powerful enough for what I'm looking for? My pleasure and thanks! Like you I find the vitamix doesn't play well with small batches - cashews work well if they've got enough liquid to go with them OR soak them.
Was that your bread i seen or is it Rudolph's muli grain. U have to try Rudolph"s. very grainy. Were going to get my husbands Nephew ship it to Florida. Have a fabulous thanksgiving. Your videos will probably be part of my day tomorrow.
I only eat my own bread, but we've bought Rudolph's for the kids from time to time so perhaps it was there!
