As the person who literally made every single recipe in this video I approve of this and tell you that your tongue and tummy (and body) will be super happy :)
Greetings, from St. George, Utah, in the beautiful American Southwest! Thank you so much. As a 72-year-old who is 60 pounds overweight with residual pain from a broken femur and arthritis, I truly need to make these recipes. I know that the whole-food, plant-based diet is the healthiest way to go (especially after reading the wonderful book, Walking With Peety.) Tomorrow I start: Sunday, Feb 4, 2024. Wish me luck!
Hello! I’m Tracey from a small town in Texas where I am literally the only vegan around!! Lol!! But I love watching you!! I love your kitchen!! This is so nice to see a real person in a real house and not something that looks like a prop in a movie!!! I want to make every single recipe!! You make this so easy!
The Only Vegan in Small Town Texas - that's a youtube channel right there!!! So glad this is all helpful for you :) We try to keep it real around here so I'm glad it's appreciated :)
Real food, real person, real kitchen, loads of experience! Your video is wonderful - thank you for being generous in sharing years of knowledge with us!
This is incredible. What a great gift you've given us. I plan on making the falafels for dinner tonight and can't wait to try the nachos and grilled cheese. Actually I want to try most of them. My family isn't at all on board with eating like this. Hoping some tasty recipes will move that along. I'm so thankful I found you.
Oh wow! What a lovely comment! I'm glad you found the channel too! I've made most of these for vegans, carnivores, kids, adults, and they're recipes that don't scream "i'm healthy and vegan" - they tend to go over well! For what it's worth our kids are vegetarian so sometimes they add cheese to their portion sometimes - so baby steps for those easing into it are okay :) Let me know what you think as you make the recipes!!!
I’m kinda new to this way of eating. I have always ate a ton of veggies and fruit weekly. Not doing cheese, eggs and oil is new. I absolutely loved this video! I love to cook, and I’m excited to cook completely whole food plant based. Plus you have a fun personality making these videos even better.
So many gorgeous recipes that I can’t afford to make. Where I live, a small head of cauliflower is $7.99 cad. Nuts are stoopid expensive. I’d love to see a whole show of recipes using tofu, oatmeal, lentils, carrots, cabbage, brown rice and other cost effective foods. Being plant based with little to no ultra processed pseudo food on a seniors limited budget is difficult.
I’m so glad I came across your channel. I’m T2 diabetic WFPB no oil, salt, sugar. I have increased my insulin sensitivity and lost over 40 lbs eating this way. Consistency is key to maintaining and these basic recipes are perfect and I’m incorporating several of them in my routine.
I'm in Connecticut/US. So many of these recipes look so good! I love how I can go to your website for the actual recipes too! I have been watching a lot of your videos and they are really helpful as I am new to PBWF. I am **especially** interested in healthy meals I can throw together for myself and my daughter after a rough day of work. I always cook double on Saturday and Sunday dinners and then what we had Saturday, we have Monday and what we had Sunday we have Tuesday. But that still leaves Wednesday-Friday to cook something. As a single mom on a tight budget, I appreciate meals that don't require fancy ingredients that cost a lot, or fancy equipment that I don't have... Thank you!
This is EXACTLY why I started doing all of this, to help people like yourself - who are very much like myself and my family - so the fact that this helps you and your daughter out warms my heart so much. Thank you for sharing this - it truly means a lot to me :)
I work in an office. And every day at 3pm is coffee break. And there's ALWAYS something to snack on. Usually chocolate or sugary cakes or rich treats of some kind. And I wondered how I was going to be able to sit there and resist temptation without having to hide away in my office and not be social. BREAKFAST COOKIES TO THE RESCUE! They are just sweet enough to satisfy the craving and they let me still sit with my coworkers and not worry about my health plan going out the window!! Thanks especially for this recipe.
This made my DAY! Thank you Sarah. I'm so glad this made you feel like you could join the gang at the office. I would recommend you don't share them though unless you want to make them every week 'cause those people will LOVE 'em :)
Thank you so much for such terrific recipes! My husband and I are eating plant based foods and really enjoying it. I think people don’t realize how amazing everything tastes. Thank you so much for all that you do 💝
All of your favorites seem to be my favorites so thank you for this compilation of recipes that align with my whole food plant- based life style. I love having all your ideas. Thank you so much!
Thank you for your kind words! I have actually watched tons of videos. Got at least four books. One is the one that you have mentioned. How not to die. I mean diet. Lol. I have a cookbook as well. I have been on this journey for about four years on and off. I know it's the right way but as you say you can't kick yourself. You just have to do the best you you can. I'm 60 years old and I feel like I'm at least 35 still. I guess I have been doing pretty good but I've been trying to be perfect and we will never be perfect because we're mere humans. Have an awesome day!
Love your Fireking green bowl. Love Fireking💕. I have a complete set of the Turquoise Fireking made only 2 years, where the green & also white was made about 30 yrs. Love your realistic looking kitchen. Makes me feel right at home watching you cook in your cozy kitchen❤️ You’re my kind if down home cook❤️
What a treasure trove of recipes! Pretty much the basics that we all want. Thank you! Love the tip about cooling the muffins upside down in a silicone pan. That’s the kind of tip you don’t often see find. 😀 My only problem is I shouldn’t have watched it right before dinner. (The shepherds pie, and the nachos are calling to me right now.) Now I want instant gratification. 😂
Hey Janet! So glad this is filling you with kitchen inspiration! Let me know if you make any of these! So happy my muffin tip is new to you as well! Now I'll never feel bad about rambling on about little bonus things that are in my head :)
Your channel is helping me make a transition. I'm seriously focused on it 'now'... after kind of not crazy about meat, but eat it b/c it is easy kind of person... But, I live in Wisconsin and cheese is a key part of our food, that and eggs. So my diet was mostly some veggies, mostly cheese, some eggs, and a lot of breads and a bit of meat here and there. I read the China Study about 5 years ago and made a try at WFPB diet and failed miserably. I have a son (who is now out of the house... ) who was underweight all of his life, so the docs told me to feed him a lot. It was a challenge and I didn't have the willpower to do two meals. I'm grateful to find you channel. It's just a coincidence that I'm finding it on the new year. My blood pressure has been off the charts in the past few years. The pills they give me always give me side-effects. I am determined to get my BP down from what it usually is.. around 155/104 ish... and in one week, so far so good, it is down to 131/90. I have eliminated as much salt as I can (dairy drops a sh*t ton right there). I hope and pray that this is a real result of the diet and I am on my way to better health. I just wanted to shoot you a bath bomb of love for your wonderful channel (even though right now, it is a bit overwhelming) But this video in particular is greatly helpful to get started on this diet revamp. Learning to prep veggies and drop in the fridge might be the game changer i need, because I'm still a bit unorganized of an eater (it's only been two weeks and one week since full on PBWF). So. Just sending L.O.V. E. to you and yours and encouragement to keep up the great work. Your channel is approachable and entertaining... believe it or not, some of these channels are not very well mic'd, and the content can put you to sleep, even IF you are very interested in it. Peace to you and Joy and success in the coming year! Thank you.
Thank you for sharing all of this Robin and for the bath bomb of love!!! What a journey you're about to go on and I can't wait for all the goodness to hit you. Sounds like it is already! I can't imagine how hard it is to be in the state of the cheeseheads - but you've got this. Focus on you and don't worry about anyone else's opinions!
Thanks for this video! I first started my plant based journey almost a year ago and I have been everywhere between militant to not very compliant but still eating more vegetables. You have real food that we all want cooked in the healthiest possible way, which for me is right where I want to be for now. This is sustainable plant based eating.
Eureka! i’ve been vegan for a long time. But I’ve been a cook for a short time. I’m gradually learning how to cook better. This is the first time I’ve seen one of your videos. I think I’m going to be doing a lot better job of using aquafaba now. Thank you so much.
Greetings from Connecticut, USA, Jeremy! Love your videos. You've really inspired me. Thank you for sharing your success and knowledge with all of us. ❤
I recently became vegan and I’m struggling to find easy recipes to start making with ingredients I already have. This is it. I have most of them just have to get a couple extra. Thanks 😊 I am subscribing to your channel for sure 👍🏼
Great batch of recipes & ideas! I have a sweet tooth so I want to try all the treats. Will also make at least the chickpea salad, shepard's pie, the nachos as the savory choices. Thank you!
New Viewer here. I've been WFPB for yrs and when friends get interested, it's hard to give them a path to follow. This is terrific & I'll definitely share. It's great that you give options in recipes. Also, could you do a video specifically on how to cook a batch of something and then provide multiple uses during the week? Loved your suggestions about making the cheese sauce into Grulled Sandwiches!
Thanks Linda - we don't typically cook that way in our house BUT I like the idea... I'll add it to the list of ideas! I also like a variety of different plants/food throughout the week so we try not to repeat the same foods through-out the week...
@pbwithjeremy Ahhh. Understand. We're a family of two, so we always seem to have leftovers. It's why I loved your suggestion for making the cheese sauce but then having sandwiches on another day. You did say we could freeze and grate the cheese for another dish....Ohhh. I like that, too! 😃
Hi Jeremy, I'm watching from Jamaica 🇯🇲. I love cheese, and it's very addictive so I'm going to try making the cheese sauce for sure. Also, the falafel and pancake because I've been using less cooking oil sometimes I dont use oil at all and its expensive in Jamaica so I really like these no oil recipes Thank you.
Jack fruit!!! I use it as your guest does. I haven't thought about the coleslaw! I must try. I have used caramelized onions on my bbq sandwiches! Delicious! Thanks for great ideas.
I came up with a super comforting recipe, using a plant based queso sauce. Roast carrots, potatoes, carrots and parsnips in the oven. Meanwhile in a large wok saute one large onion till almost soft. Add chopped mushrooms and torn up bread pieces. Saute with onions . In a large baking dish dump in oven veggies and top with onion mixture and drizzle over queso sauce. Pop in the oven while you clean up. I usual serve this with veggies and hummus. Your cheese sauce would be great.
That sounds perfect for a cold winter day! Mmmmmmm. If you want to write up the recipe and send it to us maybe we can make it and show the viewers: pbwithjeremy@gmail.com :)
Hey there! So glad I found your site on RUclips. I'm living in Montana; 73 yrs old weighing at over 200, lots of aches, pains and high blood pressure! Some members of my family are vegetarian. So since I know they're slim and healthy I'm thinking of going that way. I've tried a couple times but failed. Wish me luck!
I Love them all ❤and will be making them all on my Journey 30 minutes till midnight and my Birthday the first day of becoming full on WFPB Vegan Yay! I’m so excited and your Videos are going to help me so much!Thank you!!❤🎉
Total newbie here from New Zealand. I'm considering going vegetarian, which is a huge change for me as I've always fought the taste of vegetables without sauces etc. Your dishes look like they are loaded with flavour. I'm looking forward to trying out some of your dishes and following your account.
Welcome aboard! You're not alone - sauces make the world go around. I have a sauces video here on the channel. (and a part 2 coming sooooooon) Take it one day at a time - there's such a variety of food out there it's not nearly as hard as you think. Be open to it and your taste buds will adjust. Trust me, I was a kid who wouldn't eat veggies.
I love this particular video because it's teaching me how to put meals together for the day and the week. It's been overwhelming trying to figure out what to eat and when. But this video helps with the ingredients and it gives meals for the morning afternoon and evening. I appreciate how you offer the opportunity to make changes to the meal with suggestions that are easy to find and put together. I am more relaxed now and doing better. I have so much overtime that if I don't keep a schedule of food on hand, then I revert back to the old unhealthy way. Thank you, PB, with J!
I love you, you are so real. So excited to make these recipes, they all look yummy. Thank you so much for sharing. I come via Nunavut, BC and now in Ontario. Looking forward to my new food plan. I am 5 days in on my own and glad to have you aboard in my journey. You will definitely add to my new tasty experiences. Thank you!
Greetings from the beautiful islands of the Bahamas. I am going to make most of your recipes now that I am converting to plant base eating, they are great simple stuff.
OMG you are not kidding that the Chocolate Tart is a marriage savior :) It's to die for!!! And it keeps well in the fridge for 3 days... honestly on the third day it tasted just as fabulous as the first day. I should tell you that I didn't have enough soft tofu on hand but I had some ricotta cheese (we are not 100% plant based - clearly ;-) ) two thirds soft tofu (pressed) and one third ricotta cheese makes for a nice fudgie texture. We had a friend over today that swore she'd never eat tofu...but couldn't resist the look of the tart... she gives you thumbs up and asked me to make it for our next board game night... so yes yes yes (it's an S in our house). Thank you :) Fruit grunt on the menu tonight.
@@pbwithjeremy ok so I’m developing a recipe “crush” here. 🤪 The tart stole our hearts. The grunt rocked my spouses belief in my baking healthy treats. And now I have the Maple Cinnamon Apple Baked oatmeal in the oven and my spouse says that I’m greedy like a school girl 😛🥰. Sooo much fun baking with you - even if some 2000 kms between our kitchens. 🤩
When making granola, I add the raisins after the granola has cooked in the oven so that the raisins stay plump. Also my fav non-dairy, plant-based milk is 1/3 cup cashews whizzed in a high speed blender for 2 minutes with about 2 litres of water. We only use it for breakfast or when making hot chocolate, we don't typically drink it as a beverage on its own.
From way down south Texas USA. Love everything you made. Watching again to get ideas for meals this week. I am so glad RUclips is being weird this week and added you to my list of things to watch.
Ok, after watching this amazing video four or five times I have decided to make every recipe on the vid except the last dessert. It looks amazing, but I don't want to get out my stand mixer, haha! This video is a great collection for beginners and also for us, me included, non-beginners. Great resource, well done Jeremy! Thank you again
Oh wow! I almost want you to do a review of all the recipes! :) So glad you're enjoying all of this! GET THAT STAND MIXER OUT!!! It's worth it! ALSO - I have a sequel to this video coming out - likely in January 2024.... so stand by :)
Thank you. I have just found you now subscribed. Just love these easy no fuss recipes, all the family got involved and loved it. We are all going to go plant based & we are so excited. Much appreciated. Many blessings 🙏❤️
Just a quick note about milk...soymilk requires a specific cooking process due to the enzymes of the beans. Other milks are as simple as water and the base in the blender but as a nut avoider, soy is my go-to.
I MADE THE TOFU NUGS but following your advice in your aquafaba vid I decided to sub the milk for what I know is sometimes the liquid for nugs, eggs, but I used aquafaba! Omg the crunch was out of this world! I also did my own gf version. But you inspired an amazing dinner tonight, thank you!
I did cornstarch, then aquafaba, then two different seasoning situations (one was sesame seeds + everything bagel seasoning / the other was Chinese 5 spice, salt, almond flour, and nooch) and I scarfed so many before we even sat down for dinner lol
The soup in the pressure cooker the veggies are done with just 3 or 4 minutes. It's the only way I make soup now. Even with bigger chunks of carrots they are tender. Unless your beans aren't already cooked or canned. Everything looks so good.
When I add lentils they need a little longer - same with potatoes, so just make your veggie chunks a little bigger. Or what you've laid out here works well too!
Today I made your granola, very yummy, also made the smoky almonds, and an apple crumble, your recipe s are helping me feel more confident beginning this journey, Thank you
I want to make stew or soup from Texas. As a child we went camping where you live. I was born and grew up in Kenosha,Wisconsin- Thank You Valrie- I wish you had a book to sell 😊
Jeremy, I love ALL of your videos that I've seen so far ..... BUT....THIS ONE is by far the BEST one yet!!! So many good recipes - and lots of suggestions for each one!! PLUS, they are all super easy!!! Thanks so much! And much love to you & your family!
Thanks for asking and the support! It's something that's been asked quite a bit lately, so I'm going to look into it this fall :) So the answer is: keep your eyes out... will likely be a long term project though!
Really good video-- Im starting with breakfast cookies, nachos, cheese. But all your video can make several good meals in the future. Im excited to make all these dishes soon. Thank you-- I could never be on point with my eating without your videos. God bless you from grandma Katie in Oregon,USA
Just found the channel and will be taking that tofu scramble to dinner tonight in a burrito format. The queso looks like a game changer for me. I have just eased into plant based cooking and was amazed at how delicious almond milk made at home is. Have moved to plant based milk and have been lucky enough to have a local mushroom grower to dive into that aspect as well. JCB mushrooms in Kinburn near Ottawa. Great compilation. Thanks for putting it together.
Hi From Muskoka- You have given me some great ideas for my Plant based camping trip in Killbear next week!!! Thanks i am the designated cook- we will have tofu scramble, pancakes, tempeh sausage and granola for breakfast- lunch maybe a chickpea sandwich but probably falafel wraps ...so good!
Does anyone else want to make every single recipe in this video? 🙋🏽♀️
As the person who literally made every single recipe in this video I approve of this and tell you that your tongue and tummy (and body) will be super happy :)
meeeeeeeee
Absoveganlutely 🥰
yep me too
You bet! Absolutely incredible!
I like to add a sprinkle of black salt (kala namak) to my scrambles for an eggy flavor. So good!
Same here! Great advice!
Me too
Black salt is a must! :)
Yup and to the chickpea sandwich too!
me too, and just a touch of curcuma (turmeric) powder for amazing color
I’m so glad I found this channel, it’s a GOLD MINE for plant-based cooking! Keep up the amazing videos!
Awesome! Thank you! And we will!!!
Oh wow impress with you recipes . So glad I have found this channel . Thank s

Thanks Tiffany! You can do it - just keep it fun and play within flavours you already like!
Black salt gives it an egg taste and bit of turmeric gives it a bit more egg color for tofu scramble.
Yup - I use Kala namak now - thanks!
Thank you, Jeremy. I love learning more about jackfruit, especially using fresh ingredients. Few canned options are low sodium.
OMG I have only watched about 4 recipes and I am already a big fan! Just what I needed!!!
So glad!
The time spent here is well spent. Let me have all your content
Thank you!

Oh wow!!!
Greetings from Connecticut, USA, Jeremy! Love your videos. You've really inspired me. Thank you for sharing your success and knowledge with all of us. ❤
You are so welcome!
The cheese sauce will be the first thing I'll try. Then granola and fruit grunt and the sausage. Thanks for the recipes!!! 😊
The cheese sauce is much loved by people - and all those other things too :)
I’m so glad to find a nacho cheese sauce made without cashews!!!
Right!?! :) Hope you liked it!
Everything looks delicious-especially the soup and stew formular

Great batch of recipes & ideas! I have a sweet tooth so I want to try all the treats. Will also make at least the chickpea salad, shepard's pie, the nachos as the savory choices. Thank you!
That's awesome! Glad the recipes got you pumped. When you make them come back and let me know what you thought!!
This video is like Gold for watching. And like a collection to eating well.🎉❤
Thank you for that - great description and glad you feel that way!
I like everything you make. Aquafaba is mind blowing.
You're welcome! And let me know what you think of the cheese sauce - I think it's going to help you in your mission for sure!
Jack fruit!!! I use it as your guest does. I haven't thought about the coleslaw! I must try. I have used caramelized onions on my bbq sandwiches! Delicious! Thanks for great ideas.
Thanks for your great ideas too!
I just found you I'm so happy 🎉. 3 years vegan lost my way to eat properly. I will start again with your recipe. Thanks from Germany 😊
You got this! We'r glad you found us too - let us know which recipes you try and like!
We lived in Ontario for years. Thanks for this video.
Our pleasure! Where in Ontario :)
Wow awesome video!! So nice to see breakfasts to lunch and sandwiches, dinners and desserts all in one video ❤
Thank you! Thought it would be helpful to have a compilation for people to bookmark and return to :)
I’ve watched a lot of your videos and I must say that this one is my favorite ! I really enjoy this type of video presentation . Thank you !
Thanks- there's a bunch of content on here like this
You've got this! What do you think has lead to your failure?
I Love them all ❤and will be making them all on my Journey 30 minutes till midnight and my Birthday the first day of becoming full on WFPB Vegan Yay! I’m so excited and your Videos are going to help me so much!Thank you!!❤🎉
I'm so happy to be part of your journey. Is it too early to wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
Love your recipes! Cannot wait to try every single one of these! Thank you Kira from Calif!!
Hi Kira!
(and a part 2 coming sooooooon)
Take it one day at a time - there's such a variety of food out there it's not nearly as hard as you think. Be open to it and your taste buds will adjust. Trust me, I was a kid who wouldn't eat veggies.
O really prefer this kind of videos. Clear and very useful for all the best recipes. Thanks Jeremy
Glad you like them! Our channel is a mix of these types as well as more off the cuff fly-on-the-wall - so something for everyone :)
I am happy for this channel on WFPB recipes. I am watching from Jamaica. I am so happy that there are more choices available which taste good.
Our pleasure! So happy this can help you!
I really like this video, I liked all you made, I can not wait to try making then .
Thanks so much 😊 Which ones will you make first?
I love this particular video because it's teaching me how to put meals together for the day and the week. It's been overwhelming trying to figure out what to eat and when. But this video helps with the ingredients and it gives meals for the morning afternoon and evening. I appreciate how you offer the opportunity to make changes to the meal with suggestions that are easy to find and put together. I am more relaxed now and doing better. I have so much overtime that if I don't keep a schedule of food on hand, then I revert back to the old unhealthy way. Thank you, PB, with J!
Our pleasure! Glad this was so helpful for you!!!
Thank you!
Thank you Sammy! So glad to have you in our community!
Greetings from the beautiful islands of the Bahamas. I am going to make most of your recipes now that I am converting to plant base eating, they are great simple stuff.
Thank you Rachel! Let me know what you think!
Oh wow - I'm so glad you like that Tart!!! And way to think on your feet when you ran out of tofu.
How did the grunt turn out???
@@pbwithjeremy ok so I’m developing a recipe “crush” here. 🤪 The tart stole our hearts. The grunt rocked my spouses belief in my baking healthy treats. And now I have the Maple Cinnamon Apple Baked oatmeal in the oven and my spouse says that I’m greedy like a school girl 😛🥰. Sooo much fun baking with you - even if some 2000 kms between our kitchens. 🤩
This is the best vegan receipt video I have ever watched! Very practical and make me really want to start cooking some of the dishes!
You can do it! Get cooking! So glad you liked :)
I don't know many people that drink plant-milk straight up - I just use for cereal, smoothies, or in recipes.
From way down south Texas USA. Love everything you made. Watching again to get ideas for meals this week. I am so glad RUclips is being weird this week and added you to my list of things to watch.
I'm glad it's being weird too :)
Love the clarity and versatility of your videos!
Thank you!!!!
We try to mix it up from time to time :)
Greetings from Edinburgh, Scotland 🏴
Hi Audrey!
So glad you're enjoying all of this! GET THAT STAND MIXER OUT!!! It's worth it!
ALSO - I have a sequel to this video coming out - likely in January 2024.... so stand by :)
Yessss, finally a PB Canadian channel. 🎉😊
Thank you so much 💓. Just found your Chanel. Love what i see, I can't wait to try these recipes 😋
So glad! There's a few of us Canadians on here, but it's okay if we become your fav :) Glad you found us!!!
Thank you. I have just found you now subscribed. Just love these easy no fuss recipes, all the family got involved and loved it. We are all going to go plant based & we are so excited. Much appreciated. Many blessings 🙏❤️
Congrats!!! How many are in the family and what are the ages, if you don't mind my asking :)
Definitely an improvement on mine, except that I like to add turmeric for color and flavor.
Oh, yes happy i found this will try every single one, thank you. greetings from germany
Enjoy Claudia! Let us know what you think!
Wow. The cheese sandwich and the Stew ❤❤❤
Absolute FIRE :)
Just a quick note about milk...soymilk requires a specific cooking process due to the enzymes of the beans. Other milks are as simple as water and the base in the blender but as a nut avoider, soy is my go-to.
Thanks for adding this!
I don't know how I found you (picked up my phine and were just there) but I'm glad I have! Thank you from Perth, Western Australia.
Julie! We've been waiting for you to find us! Hi!!!!!

My pleasure! A part 2 to this is coming soooooon
I want to try every recipe, everything looks so delicious and mouth watering.
You should!
Thank God for this . I love it. I am in Jamaica.
That makes me so happy. Thanks Joy!
LOVE the idea of using aquafaba - I'll do that next time!!! Glad you enjoyed this so much :)
Hi from NH. Just found you. Love the fast pace! Can't wait to make the cheese sauce.
This is an excellent video. Thank you for sharing your recipes and pb knowledge.
My pelasure!

Also, do you have any plans of putting our your own cookbook with your recipes???? I, for one, would purchase one!!
Thanks for asking and the support! It's something that's been asked quite a bit lately, so I'm going to look into it this fall :) So the answer is: keep your eyes out... will likely be a long term project though!

Greetings from Portugal 🤩
Just found the channel and will be taking that tofu scramble to dinner tonight in a burrito format. The queso looks like a game changer for me. I have just eased into plant based cooking and was amazed at how delicious almond milk made at home is. Have moved to plant based milk and have been lucky enough to have a local mushroom grower to dive into that aspect as well. JCB mushrooms in Kinburn near Ottawa. Great compilation. Thanks for putting it together.
My pleasure! You got this :)
Scrambled tofu with spinach and tomatoes my go to now.
Superb instructions! Thanks very much!
Glad it was helpful!
I expect a full review when you get home from your trip! Would love to know what went over well (and didn't!)
