      I’m getting a lot of pain in my neck and I can’t seem to position my buttocks high enough so I’m not sure if it will work 😢

    Hi Jenna, I'm a new mom and have been looking for something to help me get my old body back, this is honestly an awesome video, I feel a lot better after doing this 3 times in a row, I'm very enthusiastic and determined to see the end result after one week of this workout. If I'm not were I wanna be ima continue this 3 times a day then drop down to once a day after I get were I wanna be. Thank you so much, much appreciated

      It will with consistency and making sure diet is in check. It takes time but you can lose it

      @@Alex-zb4fm yes, you can mix up your workouts. It does heavily depend on what you’re trying achieve, but to improve fitness, toning and body conditioning I recommend mixing up some higher intensity workouts with some more slower controlled Pilates style.

      I recommend mixing it up with other workouts to keep it fun. The same workout over and over can get a bit boring.

      Since u had C section I will say u start with lighter exercises. This exercises does wanders. My body looks so good after 14 days of working out. It burns belly fat even tie fat side belly fat. Infact whole body

    You have a pretty intense scoliosis....does your lumbar spine ever hurt !? ...good job staying so active, working on you and gaining a beautiful toned body !

      Hey. How can you tell? I had an X-ray many years ago for something else and they pointed out very very mild scoliosis. Yea my lumbar spine hurts but I’ve had surgery for a prolapsed disc 10 years ago, that’s why that hurts… interesting 🤨

      @@JennaCollinsFitness I'm a registered massage therapist !... I can see with how your spine is aligned and how your back muscles move. (Check in with your physician and physio every few years to make sure it's not progressing) ... I'm sorry for any pain you've gone through and I hope the surgery was a success for the most part!? (I'm sure you are well aware of this, but isometric exercises can really assist with core stability which will help with pelvic-spinal alignment... Also, if your QL ever hurts post workout... I like to get my clients to lay on a foam roller and just breathe.... it sometimes helps to release that muscle and the lumbar/sacral jts, and then ice !

I’m in Europe right now and doing A LOT of walking and I’m finding that my hips and lower back are pretty sore even after 20 minutes.     I really hope you could add another view from your side angle. Coz sometimes I can’t tell if the hips are raised , or the legs are to close or open.
    And the break time in between two movements ie transit from lying down to standing is too short , thus I’ve to reach out to my tablet to pause the vid. 😅

      Hey! There are no specific foods I recommend for weight loss. What you need to be doing to lose weight is to 1. Be in a calorie deficit (consuming less food than you burn daily) and that doesn’t actually matter that foods they are as long as they’re below your daily caloric requirement.
      2. Choose whole foods and make this 90% of your nutrition intake. Fibrous carbs from loads of different vegetables, lots of lean protein and healthy fats. Avoid high sugar foods and highly processed food.
      Honestly, don’t focus on specific “weight loss foods”. It’s rubbish and the quickest way to failure. Focus on healthy nutrition as a whole 😉💗🥰
