@@Alex-zb4fm yes, you can mix up your workouts. It does heavily depend on what you’re trying achieve, but to improve fitness, toning and body conditioning I recommend mixing up some higher intensity workouts with some more slower controlled Pilates style.

Since u had C section I will say u start with lighter exercises. This exercises does wanders. My body looks so good after 14 days of working out. It burns belly fat even tie fat side belly fat. Infact whole body
You have a pretty intense scoliosis....does your lumbar spine ever hurt !? ...good job staying so active, working on you and gaining a beautiful toned body !
Hey. How can you tell? I had an X-ray many years ago for something else and they pointed out very very mild scoliosis. Yea my lumbar spine hurts but I’ve had surgery for a prolapsed disc 10 years ago, that’s why that hurts… interesting 🤨
@@JennaCollinsFitness I'm a registered massage therapist !... I can see with how your spine is aligned and how your back muscles move. (Check in with your physician and physio every few years to make sure it's not progressing) ... I'm sorry for any pain you've gone through and I hope the surgery was a success for the most part!? (I'm sure you are well aware of this, but isometric exercises can really assist with core stability which will help with pelvic-spinal alignment... Also, if your QL ever hurts post workout... I like to get my clients to lay on a foam roller and just breathe.... it sometimes helps to release that muscle and the lumbar/sacral jts, and then ice ! Many hugs.

I like the movements and how u jumped right into it but some instruction would be nice. If you’re feet need to be flat, if we should start in neutral etc

Hey! There are no specific foods I recommend for weight loss. What you need to be doing to lose weight is to 1. Be in a calorie deficit (consuming less food than you burn daily) and that doesn’t actually matter that foods they are as long as they’re below your daily caloric requirement. 2. Choose whole foods and make this 90% of your nutrition intake. Fibrous carbs from loads of different vegetables, lots of lean protein and healthy fats. Avoid high sugar foods and highly processed food. Honestly, don’t focus on specific “weight loss foods”. It’s rubbish and the quickest way to failure. Focus on healthy nutrition as a whole 😉💗🥰

Jenna has a few exercise sessions and l’ve started alternating them to ensure my body doesn’t plateau. She’s great.

I recommend mixing it up with other workouts to keep it fun. The same workout over and over can get a bit boring.

Would be helpful to see a side view, it's hard to see the exact positions and could cause injury if we're not following correctly.
