    Hi Jenna! I’m enjoying both of your channels so much and I appreciate the hard work you put into them. Wondering, do you take requests? If so I would love a 10 minute arm workout with weights. I’m 58 & post menopausal and curious to know if body weight workouts are equally beneficial to working out with weights? Have a great week 🌺🇨🇦

      Hey! I generally create videos around what the majority of my audience want 😀. I have loads of arm and upper body workouts, both with weights and workout.
      I think it’s great to mix up weighted workouts with body weight. By adding some weights you have the benefit of challenging your muscles more when it comes to actually building strength and growing your muscles over time. 🩷

      Haha maybe do 2x 20 min workouts back to back? I feel 45 mins is a little too long on the wall. 😄

    Would this be ok for beginners. I haven’t been working out for a while, but want to start again. I am very weak right now and need to build strength slowly.
