THANK YOU FOR THIS 28 DAY CHALLENGE! I'm a fit 50 year old who runs/walks 6k daily but got very, very bored in the gym. This is a great kick start to getting back into resistance training. It's challenging enough without being horribly difficult (although those push up to straight leg moves SUCKED - ha ha. So hard. Thank you for sharing these workouts. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow!

Day 3 in the books! I started with JC’s 7 day beginners challenge for a taste and have moved on to the 28 day challenge. Some of the exercises are a challenge (push ups!) but i do my best! Love that they’re only 15-20 minutes yet still effective!

Day 3 plus abs , finished w kettleworks resistance. These videos are a quick and effective addition to my workouts. Tu, wish the music was lower or off:)

Hey! Honestly, it is fantastic for toning your body all over as well as building strength and flexibility/mobility. Also a perfect alternative if you aren’t a fan of high impact exercise but still want the results! 😄

Just a little question though, there are some exercises that I'm not able to do, like the ones where we have to lift up our body from the pelvis while keeping our legs straight. Any tips for do I get around it?
Hey. For that particular exercise, if it’s too difficult it’s just a matter of building up the strength in your glutes, lower back and abdominals. Just really try to engage your glutes and push your pelvis forward and up at the same time.

@@fredacharbel7510 hey. The challenge you saw was a 28 day wall Pilates challenge. I have another few on my channel, including JCF Lean full body toning challenge from a few years ago.
If you haven’t altered your caloric intake then this will cause you to gain fat if you’re consuming an excess of calories. If you’re referring to the scales changing but not noticing any visible weight gain then it’s quite possible you’ve gained a little muscle. 😊
Toning is simply building muscle. Yes this workout will do this but it’s also important to get enough protein in your diet each day and generally follow a well balanced nutritious diet consistently.

Yes you can, but as I always say in my disclaimer it’s so important to focus on your diet. This needs to be on point too, it’s not just about exercise. Diet is the main focus and exercise of course will help with fat loss, but not if you’re eating in a calorie excess.

I'm a 65 year old woman and I'm struggling with the strength in my thighs. Hoping by following this program I will build more muscle tone.
