I’ve tried wall Pilates by others on You tube but I’m not bored by Jenna’s workouts. They are challenging but I love them! I can already see my strength improving. Thank you Jenna❤

I do normal exercise but doing this for the first time. Pilates are tough especially when i have to put pressure on my arms and turn my upper bodies. Doing consecutive 3 days as of now, I badly want to see results after 28 days. Though i have lumbar issue still i will try my best🎉 thank you for sharing such wonderful videos with us and keep us motivated ❤
Thanks jenna loving the 28 day challenge ❤ I’m already stronger than day one I always follow up with a small yoga video of some sort afterwards and it’s been great because usually I am super stiff after your lovely wall pilates videos especially my hamstrings. So I truly recommend everyone else stretch immediately after the wall pilates :)
Loving these workouts, but it's not doing great things for my pedicure. I keep expecting to see pink streaks on my white front door (it's the only place I have a free wall). But, I'm loving it. Can't wait for Day 5! 💕
I feel that pressure on my back too but I have to adjust my position until it’s more comfortable. A mat helps too. A good stretch afterwards feels great.
Hey, this happens simply because you’re not contracting your core enough. Also, your core could simply be weak and needs to be strengthened. Work hard to contract this during the exercises and it will get stronger over time, and try to relax your neck and shoulders
Hey! That’s awesome 😀🩷. The workouts will vary in length throughout the 28 days. Some workouts will be far more intense than others and it’s so important to give your body a rest every now and then to recovery and strengthen. 😊
Hey. If you’re trying to lose fat then yes you need to be in a caloric deficit. No exercise will get you the results you want without closely monitoring the foods you eat (quality and quantity).
Hey. You shouldn’t feel it in your back. When you get back pain it’s usually due to not contracting the glutes and core enough, and too much pressure on the back. It will get better with time, you just need to strengthen this area. 💛
Push up through your pelvis, you’re not controlling the movement enough and pushing too much against the wall with your feet. Work hard on contracting your core and squeezing your glutes.
