So today I had skipped working out in the morning, then my mind could not let it go so it’s now 5pm and just finished today and feeling so good about myself. Todays session was a burn. Thank you.
This was great, and the last exercise was a real challenge! Love all these workouts, but some of the videos have adds in the middle. It would be good if they could be at the beginning and end to not disrupt the flow and timing. Thank you for all you do! 💕
@@JennaCollinsFitness I get that they're not interrupting an exercise, but I was feeling that we might be getting a longer rest. Wouldn't want that to ever happen. :-)
That’s ok! It’s a hard one. Modify any exercise you need to or shorten the length of time you do the exercise giving yourself slightly longer rest periods. Well done! 😀👏
