Hey! You can take a look again my playlists and go through them if you want, but to be honest I recommend mixing it up between some upper body, lower body, full body hiit, Pilates and some dumbbell workouts. Keeps it fun and great for your body!

Ok, I’m going to try this. I’m pretty physically fit for an old lady, but I always want to be better, and I’m looking forward to trying this for 28 days.
I’m 72 and will be doing day 26 tomorrow-been quite hard towards the end and found it rather repetitive but Jenna has done so well to keep us interested and the moves so varied. Some of the music isn’t to my liking (vocal songs prefer instrumental only) but I’m definitely getting stronger. I use grippy yoga socks against a painted cupboard so have never slid! Good luck - I’m sure you will enjoy it and hope you get the results you wanted. 😊💪
