Thank you 🙏 I took Sunday off and did cardio and yoga 🧘♀️ but I’m back 🎉today and it did my muscles 💪 good to take a day off from the wall ❤ already 2 cm down hips and waist since doing this challenge. Focussing on drinking more water and I’m not eating bread otherwise everything else is the same :) excited for a great week of wall pilates 🎉
These workouts are perfect....and a nice way for me to do glute bridges without straining my lower back. This is perfect for my whole back body! Love the full body exercises and esp that last plank to downward dog!
21:36 a modification for people who can't do this is instead of putting weight on your arm do it like a side push up thind and go up and down from your palm
This challenge is absolutely stunning, I was able to complete till now with a little bit of breaks in between and can visibly see the difference in the glutes and thighs. I am looking for more such playlists. Thank you!!!

Everyday I feel the movements getting easier and easier. Every day i learn to listen to my body even more and focus on perfecting my form. Although I have chronic pain, this is life changing for me.
Loving the 28 day challenge. I wonder if anyone could give me a little bit of advice? I’m wondering if I’m going to high with my pelvis as sometimes feeling the strain on my neck, although I do feel I’m using as much abs as I can? Thanks
Hey. Try to focus on really contracting your glutes and quads, and control the movement all the way. Work on keeping your shoulders and neck relaxed and breathe. Over time you will build strength

Hey! You can’t spot target fat loss on any part of your body. To lose fat you simply need to be in a caloric deficit, consume the right foods for your body type / right macros that work for you and stay consistent with it long enough. Combine this with regular exercise. Cardio, Pilates, weight training, ab workouts. 😊
