    Thank you Jenna for 28 days of excellent workouts. I can see a big difference in definition and my butt has toned up a lot. For anyone considering doing this challenge I strongly recommend you get started. It really works ! Can't wait for the next challenge. Mum xx

      @@RajashreeBiswas-c9n Heyy… I did not do any measurements, but I just had a baby few months ago and before start training my muscles were almost gone 😅 after doing the 21 days challenge I felt more tuned again and could see my muscles coming back. Also in my abdomen. 😊

    Yay 🎉thank you so much for this challenge ❤I’m so happy to be done ✅ I’m a lot stronger , and more muscle definition ! Lost fat and more toned. I’ve lost 2.5 cm on my waist and just under 3cm on my hips ( around my bum ) I’ll definitely be keeping wall pilates with you in my fitness regime now 🎉thank you again :)

      @@RajashreeBiswas-c9n hi Rajashree I think I only did this challenge to be honest I can’t exactly remember but I think it was during lent and if so then I would have given up bread and sweets 🍬 as well but I think maybe it was just this challenge. But being more hydrated and healthy with food choices helps a lot always :)

    Thank you so much for an awesome 28 day challenge. Not only did I feel good physically each day, but mentally you saved me🤣🤣🤣 I fell on black ice back in January and fractured my right wrist. Luckily, I’m left handed! I have been wearing a cast since the 23rd of January which meant no lifting weights, no pressure on my hand and no driving! 😱Your wall Pilates classes came exactly when I needed them. Some of the push up exercises I either avoided or modified. I was still able to get a sweat on and feel like I accomplished something. The cast comes off on Tuesday and I look forward to your next 28 day challenge. Hint, hint! 🤣🤣🤣 🥰🙌

    Day 28 ✅
    Jenna , words cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for you. To have the patience and effort to make this challenge available for free . This is my first time doing Pilates and I loved it for many different reasons: 1- I quit gym after I had injured my knee and the fact that I was able to do the all exercises without any pain was a relief for me
    2 - the flexibility that it gives my body is insane
    3 - you teach and perform the exercises very well
    4- the fact that I could do it from home with no equipment needed
    5- all dough I didn’t do the 28 days straight I can definitely see some improvement in my body specially on my abdomen and gluteus area .

    It took me more than 28 days to complete, but I did your challenge every day that I could, I am now complete! Fantastic, I might just do it again! I feel so much better, thank you, Jenna! BTW, I’m 64, still working FT as an Occupational Therapist, you CAN do this!

    today i finished the 28days wall pilates challenge. i am so grateful that i do this, thank you jenna ❤❤❤ i am a full time mom and i have small kid its been 3yrs i am not fit and my belly fat is too big. from medium size shirt to xs now. i do this challenge with lowcarbs diet and i am so amaze to the results. i do this again and again 😊

      Hey. Too hard to say really, it depends so much on your current body weight, composition and how much effort you’re putting into the workout. My best advice is not to focus on calories burnt during exercise and instead focus on the foods you’re consuming daily (if you’re wanting to lose weight)

      You can easily gain weight if you eat more calories than you burn.

    Hello, can you enlighten me with fact that pilates make your butt go smaller or more sculpted. I am pear shaped and wanna get rid of butt fat

      Hey. The only way to get rid of fat is to consume less calories than you burn. Doesn’t matter what exercise you do in that regard. As far as toning your glute muscles, wall Pilates is fantastic for that, and of course burns calories, however if you’re still consuming more calories than you burn then then you won’t lose the fat.
      Focus on diet over exercise for fat loss

      It will definitely help promote weight loss along side a caloric deficit diet

    Does it target belly area?

      Belly fat? You can’t target any particular area to burn fat no matter what exercise you do. This will burn calories and if you’re in a caloric deficit (consuming less calories than you burn daily) you will lose fat over your body as a whole, but not specifically on your belly only.
      To tone your abdomen, yes this will help tighten and build a strong core.

      You’re not going to lose weight simply doing exercise, that’s not how it works. Exercise will tone your muscles and burn calories, however if you’re still eating more calories than you burn then no you won’t lose weight. You’re in control of that, so focus on diet first and add exercise to assist weight loss. Also when you build more muscle, like this workout will help you do, you increase your resting metabolic rate, boosting your body’s ability to burn fat.
