@@RajashreeBiswas-c9n Heyy… I did not do any measurements, but I just had a baby few months ago and before start training my muscles were almost gone 😅 after doing the 21 days challenge I felt more tuned again and could see my muscles coming back. Also in my abdomen. 😊

But being more hydrated and healthy with food choices helps a lot always :)
Thank you so much for an awesome 28 day challenge. Not only did I feel good physically each day, but mentally you saved me🤣🤣🤣 I fell on black ice back in January and fractured my right wrist. Luckily, I’m left handed! I have been wearing a cast since the 23rd of January which meant no lifting weights, no pressure on my hand and no driving! 😱Your wall Pilates classes came exactly when I needed them. Some of the push up exercises I either avoided or modified. I was still able to get a sweat on and feel like I accomplished something. The cast comes off on Tuesday and I look forward to your next 28 day challenge. Hint, hint! 🤣🤣🤣 🥰🙌

Day 28 ✅ Jenna , words cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for you. To have the patience and effort to make this challenge available for free . This is my first time doing Pilates and I loved it for many different reasons: 1- I quit gym after I had injured my knee and the fact that I was able to do the all exercises without any pain was a relief for me 2 - the flexibility that it gives my body is insane 3 - you teach and perform the exercises very well 4- the fact that I could do it from home with no equipment needed 5- all dough I didn’t do the 28 days straight I can definitely see some improvement in my body specially on my abdomen and gluteus area . Hey. Too hard to say really, it depends so much on your current body weight, composition and how much effort you’re putting into the workout. My best advice is not to focus on calories burnt during exercise and instead focus on the foods you’re consuming daily (if you’re wanting to lose weight)

Hey. The only way to get rid of fat is to consume less calories than you burn. Doesn’t matter what exercise you do in that regard. As far as toning your glute muscles, wall Pilates is fantastic for that, and of course burns calories, however if you’re still consuming more calories than you burn then then you won’t lose the fat. Focus on diet over exercise for fat loss
Belly fat? You can’t target any particular area to burn fat no matter what exercise you do. This will burn calories and if you’re in a caloric deficit (consuming less calories than you burn daily) you will lose fat over your body as a whole, but not specifically on your belly only. To tone your abdomen, yes this will help tighten and build a strong core.
