Phew that was tough for a 72 year old Granma but just completed it💪😊 this was my first wall Pilates so thank you Jenna I will definitely be doing some more as it was a full body workout ! Already done 2 x 15mins Pilates with dumbbells Posture Tonic & Fitbymik booty band, earlier, plus 15mins of yoga with Nicole so well worked out & stretched😊👍❤️
Hey, no it’s not. It happens because this area needs to be strengthened. Focus on engaging your glutes and core muscles, push using your pelvis rather than throwing your back into it, this will help. Over time the back pain will go away as you get stronger
