I want to start trying this cuz you can do with the privacy of your home you don't have to go to a gym no special equipment and the music is fine nothing wrong with the music and thanks for sharing.

Hey. It’s because you’re pushing too much against the wall with your feet rather than contracting your glutes, quads and core and pushing up and forward with your pelvis. If you’re weak in those areas you’re likely going to use the wrong muscles to perform the exercises. Work on doing those things I mentioned and you will get stronger and the pain/sliding will go away
Normally I love your workouts. This one bothered me. That hideous tone, the music, and no narration. Can you go back to talking, please? I love your other workouts
Hey! I gave up on trying to please with the music a long time ago. No matter what I choose someone’s unhappy so now I do whatever I want and don’t give it more attention that it’s worth! 😃 sorry about the no narration, I don’t do it in every video. Usually just the programs
