I’m new to the “wall Pilates world” & have tried other videos here on RUclips but I just wasn’t a big fan of them because I didn’t find them physically challenging enough for my liking so it’s not something I’d continue doing. THEN I came across yours in this 28 day challenge & have seriously fallen in love with them! Lol I REALLY hope you keep making these types of videos once the 28th day is up because I’d do every single 1 of them, as I have so far haha

Great workout & wonderful upbeat instrumental music - 👍 good choice. 4 days to go 😊 I have never slid down the wall but do wear grippy yoga socks😊🤩

Love these workouts had an acl replacement 4 weeks ago and these exercises have been great to keep me moving and also get me bending my knee again 😊😊😊
