    250pounds here. I couldn't do it all, honestly. My legs were LOCKED after minute 4, but I'll try everyday to make it better for myself!

    My weight is 70 kg. My height is 155 cm. I get fat very easily, but it's very difficult to get thin. I have depression and I have anxiety disorder. I am a total slacker for walking out, this helps me a lot . Thank you 💕🙋🏻.
    I will try tomorrow. February 2024 start.

      Hey! I’m so glad this is helping you. Take each day at a time and focus on your why. I find having a “why” to workout helps so much. For me it’s simply because I feel SO good when I’m fit and healthy, I operate so much better and generally feel great as opposed to when I’ve had slack weeks and I get into a rut and it makes me feel awful.

    Soooo… I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been at 44 years old, 20lbs over my goal weight (height is 4’11”) and in perimeno. I roller skate for stress relief but it’s not reducing my fat. I’m committing daily to your 10-15 min workouts and making small changes - limiting my alcohol and Starbucks to 1 per week. Aiming to make more changes incrementally. Day 1 and I am 😅 after that short but serious workout. Thank you for giving me a place to start! (I can do this!)

    doing this for 2 weeks till the first day of highschool EVER. i really want to change and get that summer glow up ive aways wanted. right now after the first day i already know that this is gonna work and i will continue to do it everyday till then. a fact about me is i dont like when people say i cant do anything. ive always had a big problem with not chewing my nails. they have been so short for my whole life and last month i told my family i was going to stop. they said i was not going to and that ive been saying that for a long time. i told them to just wait and see and now a month later i now have nails the longest theve ever been and they havent been in my mouth once. why am i saying this is because some mean people started to say i was never going to lose weight and to just give up. sorta the same for my nails. so now i am going to do this challenge for the next 2 weeks and show them i can do it, and prove them wrong. i know i got this. i love my nails. and im going to love my body.
    day 1: ✅ it went really well and im going to show them i could do it! i know im going to feel it tomorrow.

    I just came here to say that you are awesome. Your videos have changed my body (and I am 53 years old, but I have lost inches.) I cannot believe I've seen results doing 10-20 minutes per day, but I have. I've done yoga for years, and the difference in results are night and day. These videos are so effective. And I appreciate that they are so efficient with very little fanfare/no talking. But I love your waves and claps at the end. And your beautiful, encouraging smile. Thank you so much.

    Day one : definitely hard for me. Didn’t do each exercise the way it was meant but I tried
    Day two: still so hard. Kept slipping! This is so humbling I thought it wouldn’t be too bad I strength train a lot but this is different 😅

      Yes most exercise is great for toning your muscles and fitness in general. However weight loss must come from being in a calorie deficit. So, if you feel you’ve gotten “wider” I doubt it will be the exercise, it will be diet related. 😀

      Hi there. You absolutely can, however given that it is low impact and and a Pilates workout you do not need to do extra stretch or warm up before hand.

      Yes, you’re using your legs too much, you’re pushing with them. Instead you need to engage your glutes and core a lot more. It’s likely you’re weak in this area and you need to strengthen it. Strengthen this area and you will stop sliding.

      Hey, no not every day. However you should make exercise a regular thing whatever it is you choose to do. You could do wall Pilates 3 times per week among other forms of exercise. Just an example 😊

      It will help with fat loss as long as you’re burning more calories than you consume daily. Your diet needs to be number one focus.

      Hey, all my wall Pilates workouts will help build some muscles and more specifically define and “tone” your muscles. I guess it depends on the level of muscle building you’re trying to do. If you’re wanting to build a significant amount of muscle then you’re probably best to follow a program that increases the resistance over time, with the addition of some weights 🩷

    If I do this workout for at least 2 months with a diet eating 4 times a day (always healthy) will I lose the weight I want?

      Hey. That’s an impossible question to answer. 😄 first, I don’t know how much weight you want to lose, but even if I did it all depends on how much of a calorie deficit you’re in. If you’re reducing your calories by up to 500 calories per day below you maintenance calories you will be looking at losing 1-3 pounds per week.

      It’s not totally necessary but if you’re cold (like it is here right now) then you could do a warm up first to get the blood flowing 😀
