Looks easy but very intense my body was shaking through each workout especially I couldn't lift my body side ways 😅 glad I bumped in to this
Thank you. I dont speak english very well but it’s not necessary because anything is clear. It’s the first time i do pilates, i didn’t know anything about this discipline .I’m 52 yo so i think everybody can do it. I did it 7 times and i’ve see excellents progress… Merci bcp! 🌹

Hey, the best thing to do is download Shazam app and play each song while the app listens, the song name and title will instantly be recognised in a few seconds 😊🩷
That's a good idea, I'll have to get someone to do that for me, I watch this on my phone, and that's all I have.
I love morning workouts but sometimes I don't feel like doing them but your wall workout videos are great alternative.I am following you from last 2 weeks and feeling really motivated and I have fallen for this workout and will do it for next 1 month......💪

First time doing one of your workouts. It was a great burn 🔥. One comment…Since there are no verbal queues and requires us to watch to get the next move, it would be VERY helpful if you wore bright colored socks so that your feet are highly visible against a white wall.

This is intense and a great workout. Is it normal for your upper back to feel sore from this? I just felt a lot of pressure on it doing the workout
Hey, thank you 😊. It shouldn’t happen but it’s common if you have a weakness in your glutes and core area. You will need to strengthen this area
@JennaCollinsFitness thank you for replying to my comment! Do you think I might be too far away from the wall putting unnecessary pressure on it too? My core and glutes are definitely weak.
Thought this was going to be too hard for me but I did quite well! Only last few exercises I found too difficult! - I have a medical issue with both my big toes so couldn't put them against the wall like you for those - I couldn't do the side plank thing at all, had to skip it, and the last one with the arms I managed to do three before my arms didn't want to move anymore! 😅
Was a fun wall workout though, overall, I will definitely be doing some of these again!

Thank you! I’m glad to hear this. You will burn calories doing any exercise, this particular workout is considered higher intensity. My best advise for anyone is to never look at exercise as your main way to burn calories. If you want to lose fat then you need to focus on your diet. You must consume less food than you burn daily. Exercise should only be seen as a bonus in helping with fat loss.

Yes, you can’t target fat loss on specific areas of your body only. 😊

This was a great workout. I am enjoying wall Pilates especially at 5 am. No jumping or anything crazy. I get to lie down lol even though this workout definitely burns 🥵

Hey, Pilates can help range of motion in your joints which can be really helpful if you have arthritis. It’s low impact and won’t place stress on your joints

I have been doing these wall pilates videos 6x a week for 2 months and don’t feel it or see it in my abs at all, (I am engaging them). Is wall pilates mostly for legs and glutes? Is regular pilates better for getting ab definition?
Hey. Wall Pilates will work your core as well, and I do have some Ab specific wall Pilates workouts if you want ti work your abs more. Yes, they do work your lower body more than upper. Also, workouts alone wont get your abs showing. If you’re solely relying on that then you need to adjust your approach. Nutrition is where Youl get your abs showing, a calorie deficit.

A critique: I wish she talked instead of just played music. I’d like to hear her explain the exercise as I’m doing it. Rather than have to watch my phone so closely.
Hey Kelly! Yeah I realise the non-instructional videos aren’t for everyone and some prefer talking throughout. I did give this some thought but decided to keep my workouts non talking with some background music. There are for sure people who do instructional workouts though! 😀
I enjoyed this one but it was a lot to not hear encouragement as I was going through each movement. I’ll check out the other instructional videos as that’s what I’m used to 😊

Hey! It shouldn’t. It will though if you’re not engaging your core, glutes and legs and instead pressing too hard on your shoulders to hold your lower body up.
