We've NEVER Seen a Player Like Caitlin Clark.... In this video we are going to be talking about Caitlin Clark, the number 1 pick in the WNBA draft and how she is hated by WNBA players. Caitlin Clark was drafted number 1 by the indiana fever after being one of the greatest college basketball players of all time. WNBA players like A'Ja Wilson, Diana Taurasi, Breanna Stewart and Sue bird are not fans of the number 1 pick.

These stats are at the top of the league - stop talking about rookie records. I am pretty sure that the record for consecutive double doubles with assists for the whole league (not rookies) is not more than five. Where is the ESPN media who apparently is in love with double doubles but not the difficult kind with scoring and assists? Caitlin is the best player in the league aside from Aja. But I would argue that Caitlin is even more valuable to her team and the league in how she is transforming the way teams play - she can push the ball like no one in the league (her motor is higher than anyone in the league). Although Sides still at times puts Caitlin to the side and keeps the ball out of her hands which is infuriating, I am glad she has finally realized that this team can be special when they let Caitlin push the floor and her teammates. Mick - Glad you finally are realizing how special Caitlin really is.

I will admit to being a lifelong Iowa fan, and I grew up watching Iowa girls basketball (my mom played the 6-on-6 game and my sister was part of the transition to 5-on-5). I was there when C. Vivian Stringer put Iowa women's hoops on the map. But I have never seen a player, men or women that is as inspiring as Clark. And I'm not talking about her logo 3's. Those are impressive, but her passing has always been her true superpower. Go look at how few times Monica Czinano actually dribbled the ball- Clark knows how to get the ball where it needs to be, even if you don't see it yet.

She openly mocks and contradicts him so much that the coach walks off. The players and fans like her humor so much that they just keep her as coach.

Aside from hand picking Sides (God knows why), she also pontificated that Caitlin Clark is not a 'true point guard' 😂❤

I'm not sure Sides understands that yet....CC pushing the pace is when they are dangerous.

  • @UncleFanley

One of the difficulties to attribute ROTY is the difference in post means stats completely different. How can we weigh them ?
Well... the WNBA gave us their way in the fantasy points. And I'd love to get Mick's opinion on these.
Currently, Aja Wilson leads by far with 51.something, over 9 points over number 2.
    Caitlyn is 5 with 38.2.
    Angel is 15 with 31.4.
It is already great performance by the two rookies, but if we look into past years.... this year is historically high.
Aja is destroying the previous top. Many times, the best was under Clark's 38.2, and Angel would have been in the top 5.
I am not knowledgeable enough in the game to know if these fantasy points are good stats or BS but they are the only thing I got (from the WNBA) to compare such different players. And they confirm my gut feeling : Clark ROTY, Wilson MVP, Reese future great (and hands down better than most ROTY from past years).
