I was a bit dubious about doing this work out as I've troublesome knees, but I thought I'd give it a go! And....on the whole I had no trouble at all, had to tweak a couple of the moves, but the workout was certainly doable. Thank you Lucy.

Loved this. Just can’t do plié squats. They really hurt my knees and I think the muscles in my inner thighs are too tight (not sure how to say this in English). All other squats, lunges etc are fine though
