That letter is HAUNTING! What an absolutely horrific thing for that poor girl to have to know about. To think that he blames his rejection for his actions and names her specifically is just… unfathomable. That poor girl, I feel awful for her.

No lawyer likes having to defend mass murders like this, but they have to because these people are given fair due processing by law which gives them right to an attorney. They know what he did was wrong and evil, but they still have to represent him even if they're against him. The person you have to defend in court doesn't automatically mean they're best buddies or have their best interest at heart, because by the end of the day it's just a job and they get paid for it.

I believe that the victims and the family deserve justice and according to law .its a lengthy process to get those victims and the family some justice. The juror that sat through all this and still thought he didn’t deserve the death penalty, is the reason why these crimes continue to happen. Empathy should not have been felt for him. This little creep wrote these letters, knowing they would be read in trial. You can almost see a smile on his face as this poor officer had to read them. This whole trial is an attention game to him. 🙄 It's also disgusting to see how his defense handles it, like they know it's an attention game and they are doing thier best to get his full message out. The state is giving JUST the letters that prove he has issues and is a danger, but the defense is giving ALL the letters just so his total voice will be heard. They don't care about saving him, they know he's lost the fight. They are being paid to promote his disgusting propoganda at this point. From the vial actions of how the defense has been acting toward the victims in this trail, the little creep chose the perfect team of despicable people to do it. Now this message is on the internet... We hear it and have been exposed to it, aiding in his mission. I repent having watched this and pray God forgives me for it!
I think his defense team is so disgusted with him because he’s giving the state ammunition for the death penalty, and it’s literally tying their hands. It's also a strong argument, if one wants him to suffer* more, for a life without parole sentence. Given how much it hurt him to know "normal" people were out there living the kind of life he wanted, a life sentence would basically be a continuation of what he hated the most.
* Which actually seems a bit cruel when put that way, and adds a really surreal twist to the whole thing. Suddenly in this case; life seems like torture and death, well, mercy. Usually the opposite holds true, and makes me wonder: Does the defense know they are arguing for what might be their client's worst nightmare?

That's a load. If he really wanted to die he would've shot himself after the massacre like the Columbine shooting but instead he walked to a subway in a local mall outlet to drink a slurpie. Does that scream he wants to die to you?
The point is, he's had plenty of chances to turn his life around and make something good of it, yet he made the wrong decisions and choices and look where those decisions and choices got him? he seriously needs to man-up and take responsibility for his own actions, decisions, and choices rather than try to shift the blame onto someone or something else, he's an evil coward.

I thought that way before. But fortunately I was saved by Jesus Christ. I once said and yelled out "hail Satan" with knives in the air. I did rituals while surrounded by knives. I was a satanic person. But, in the back of a police car, I screamed for Jesus repeatedly while being transported to a psych hospital. I've endured long hard satanic decades. There is hope. I'd say, instead of the death penalty and making this court drag on, get the inmates to do the systems job, but make them do it slowly and make him feel how the others felt before he killed them.
But I do hope the families and friends get justice for what he did.
