When someone commits such a heinous crime and there's no doubt about his guilt, he should be terminated, and quickly. The death penalty is not a deterrent if we keep coddling these killers. I believe that the victims and the family deserve justice and according to law .its a lengthy process to get those victims and the family some justice. What I don't understand is this case is not an who did it, they know he did it ,and he did it in cold blood, Just throw him in prison or what ever the verdict is. I’m tired of the defense saying he was lonely so indirectly that’s why he did the things he did. There are millions of lonely people who don’t carry on like him or have his thoughts. His adoptive parents were good people. If he wants to die just let him. Why all the money spent on court case? He most like will get knocked off in prison anyway. He is obsessed with evil..
It's so obvious he's guilty the defense pretty much has nothing to work with. But you can't expect the defense to just go "yes prosecution, we agree" so they're going to try whatever angle they can, no matter how ridiculous.
What about his pot head, alcoholic birth mother who destroyed his brain and emotional well being whilst he was still in her evil womb? She, being dead, gets off Scott free.

I can’t help to think it will only take one juror to vote for life for this guy. Then there is the appeal where the defense will go for the judge’s “ reversible error” I believe in the justice system but this is ridiculous.

The state is trying to present their case so they could get him the death penalty by showing his character , but it doesn’t matter now he didn’t get death
I agree with your frustration but all of this is so everything is documented for the record. But some countries he would have been executed an hour or 2 after being in custody with no rights or questions asked.
When is this going to end for the love of some justice for these poor people that show up every day in court (victims family members).
How can those lawyers defend an individual like this, the way they did, is beyond comprehension. They became pals of him and created many many painful moments on top of all to the families. Its just incredible.
I'd imagine it would take the jury about a minute to deliberate the sentence.
