Former dancer here and had to have a mastectomy right before Thanksgiving. I wasn’t allowed to move my arms for several weeks. I don’t have as much mobility as you but going through these stretches (as best I could) felt AMAZING. THANK YOU!!! 😭

Thank you so much for this video! I really appreciated that it was genuine and long-term focused. It was difficult for me to find a back flexibility video that didnt advertise immediate success or advanced moves right off the bat. Again, thank you! I loved it!
This helps alot I have been a dancers for a while and recently I have realized that my back hurt a lot while doing across tricks and when I get home I can't bend down without it hurting so j have been just laying off my bed to Crack it but I needed something more complex to do before dance so it doesn't hurt so bad
I haven't attempted that last bridge pose since I was probably a teen and I wash shocked how my arms couldn't support my weight for more than 2 seconds with this pose! Any alternatives that don't require as much arm strength? 😅
My friends and I, enjoyed your content basic simple and it also get p the job done for of course your back LOL! 😜However, you did an amazing job today wheel us three of course, enjoyed the content!!! 😅
I’m flexible in many ways but the second i need skills that need back flexibility like scorpions or layouts i cant do them😭 Its so bad to the point where when i lean back in my splits it looks like im doing nothing but looking up. These stretches felt so good and at some points i was scared the base of my spine would snap and concave into my body, i hope thats normal😀 but anyways tysm for this video
Back flexibility is very important to a dancer but something I will never improve due to 2 metal rods spanning across most of my spine due to health reasons. 😑😔
