    Thank you so much . This has become my latest addition to my stretch and workout routine. I can still do the splits. And remain quite flexible from my dancing days with the exception of my back flexibility. But this video is really helping a lot and I’m making progress. I am 51 year young!

    A wonderfully balanced workout that incorporates building strength as well as mobility. All back flexibility routines I've come across only seem to feature variations on the back bend and no focus at all on flexibility to the side - so this workout is very refreshing in that it does. I get sore in my lower back very quickly after I start back bending so this routine is very helpful and I'll be coming back to it! Thank you, Jasmine ❤

    LOVE this Jasmine! As all your other wonderful conditioning videos. My back and core definitely feels worked and I can't wait to consistently do it to see a change. Kudos to you for speaking very clearly and effortlessly the entire time. I can barely breath at certain postures :D.
