  • Hey guys! Today's video is a workout and specifically, a ballerina booty workout! I love doing these workouts for you and I love creating ballet content!       it should be normal if u arent that flexible or havent done the movements before

      Nothing to worry about if your hips aren’t loose/flexible maybe start doing hip stretches to help loosen them up

    OK so I really hope this helps me. I've always found ballet legs so pretty, they're exactly the way I want my legs to look like, not bulky but still very toned and strong, but I don't do ballet and I can't do it for some reasons.
    Nonetheless, I'll do all I can to achieve those legs fr, so I'll be doing this workout. :3
    By the way I love how you even workout so elegantly, that's beautiful.
    *EDIT* / GIRL, my form is 🚮, because I'm not a ballerina of course, and holy shit I got a real bad cramp in my left foot, my right foot was fine because my right one is stronger and more flexible, but that was pain. This is a pretty good workout, I love that it has elements of ballet! I couldn't do the tendu one however, I couldn't even lift my legs up too high only a little, and if did that I would stop squeezing my glutes, I don't know how to explain but it's annoying for someone like me LOL. I kinda skipped it, because I don't have the strength, but I'll keep trying I hope I'll get there one day eh. By the way I actually couldn't even do the whole workout, my legs gave up.

      ​@@SARAVANDEGIRL Hey I know this is late but thank you sm! I also tried some of her other leg workouts along with this one, and they definitely burn a lot. I do think I have to lose a little bit of weight though, so I'm working on that part too alongside. My legs are definitely a lot more stronger than they were before! :)

    I love the exercises that help you to be like a ballerina even if your balance is that of a ballerina. Also love the music with it! Great video

    I am not a dancer at all. I just use this as a tool to work on my balance after hip replacement. How many time a day should I do it I must say it is very easy .

    hi there great video , I watched this for my daughter ,she is a figure skater and she damaged a tendon in her ankle last year ,I think this might help her recuperate a little quicker , I will let you know .

    Do not do this with ankle weights ou bands.. it burns like hell, and you actually see the pump in your muscles, especially the bum. Love it! 3x of this circuit 2-3x a week and I'll probably will ge tback my Lean, dense, strong, toned, visible and volumous ballet muscles!

      It does! It also helps your knees! Before, I used to do flexibility tricks but then realized I started having pain in my knees! I started doing this routine and it has helped so much to help my strength catch up to my flexibility!

      Target fat loss is a myth! Your body naturally holds fat where it thinks it needs to. You can grow strength with these types of workouts :)
