Thank you so much! I've always been a dancer with way too much flexibility and way too little core. Doing this, ah, beginner friendly workout has shown major improvement for me in the past week. I'll hopefully find this comment when I manage to do 100 consecutive days of this and record my results :DD
40 sec each exercise 10 sec rest Low Plank Toe taps (lift head up for extra challenge) ~keep core engage with head up for the rest of the workout ~ Scissors up and down Butterly sit ups Bicycles Crunch Leg Raise
plank: keep toes tucked under, butterfly sit ups: open knees, exhale: lift bum up biking: flex your foot perpendicular: first position = heels tgt, toes apart
These felt like the most effective 5 minutes of the year, looking forward to repeat

Yess you can already start ballet when you are 3 years old but i just keeps getting harder
