    my hamstrings hate you for this routine, it's so painful, but i've been following it for about 5 days now and i'm closer to my splits than i ever have been before so i keep coming back

    Yeah the stretch at 21:00 in I couldn’t even begin to attempt. Would love a regression suggestion or an idea of what that stretch is supposed to stretch.

    Well, I found out what I need to work on. I can't do jazz splits.I get down to about the same height as I do in full splits. I can do pidgeon pose pretty easily enough, but I don't know what muscles I to stretch. Any help would be appreciated!
