Can you give any tips on how to open up tight hips? Whenever I attempt a tilt, splits, and certain exercises my hips cramp up and I need to come out of it. I feel like I have so much potential but I’m limited because of my hips. Do you have a video on this problem? Btw I love your content!
The same thing happens to me somewhat in a middle split but in a straddle I feel my left hip A LOT and i always have to stop the stretch.
I have the flexiblity for a tilt just not the strength hoping to have the strength to hold it this summmerrrr
