    This is my faveee stretch video and I do it almost every day! I'm not very flexible, so I get irrationally angry every time I'm in the hip flexor stretch and you mention your dog cause my body is in soooo much pain hahah. It always makes me laugh. Thanks for an awesome vid!

      Try pairing with strength training

      Hmm, it's hard for me to say without seeing you or knowing your specific situation! I have a video talking about a few other factors that affect your flexibility (other than stretching), but also you should keep in mind that your progress could just be happening very slowly (and there's nothing wrong with that!). :-)
