    I've done all the previous stretches and even in 4 days i feel like i have gain my flexibility back. Yesterdays routine was a little difficult for me (i felt very tired) so im glad today is a little easier. Thank you for uploading those videos. They help a lot (as an ex dancer)

    Love this series. Best stretching videos on the tubes. I like that you are doing more. I watched the one you did a few months ago so many times on repeat that I started to have the words you said memorized. Anyway, you can count on me to always watch your all stretch videos on repeat....if you want to make more.
