Kayleen has a beautiful pointe/arch in her feet. I always have to keep my feet flexed in front splits, pancakes, pikes,etc.
Otherwise, my knees tend to bend when I point my feet. Something about Kayleen's stretching vids that I find very uniquely helpful. Thanks Kayleen. Have an amazing week!🙏🙏

Kayleen, I need so much help on my turns that i feel so doubted🙁 on my prep my front knee tends to go out and my back toes when i lift kinda like turn out which causes me to lean to a diagonal...and i always fall out or stop at a diagonal. i can’t even hold my passé while i turn!!! OR spot please give me tips
If ur talking about a turn in ballet I think I know what u mean bc it happens to me I would recommend working on turnout (Kathryn Morgan’s yt has a great video with follow along turnout exercises) or doing the turn clinic on the ballerinas by night channel I hope this helps :)
