I LOVE follow along stretch videos bc I tend to do the same exact stretches every day (a stolen routine from my old cheer coach lol) and it gets boring! Also I think some variety is good in stretching muscles in different ways, so I love getting to learn new ways to stretch from you and I also really benefited from the nerve stretch we did! My left hammy is soooo tight always and I stretch it the same as my right leg but there’s always a difference in feeling. But this was super helpful and I can’t wait to continue doing more of your stretching videos☺️☺️
