I really am enjoying this. I'm just working on one section at a time though so I don't overdo it right now. I am a figure skater and I like your exercises. The one thing is I'm wondering should we not do some sort of warm-ups? So we are not super sore later.? I mean I'm in pretty great shape for my age, but I'm 64 and I find that I'm not as pliable as I once was and I get sore a lot easier if I don't stretch before and after everything
