    How would you prefer if she spoke throughout so I didn’t have to look at the screen constantly, but good exercise

    Had a hard time hearing the bell to change exercises.

      No. It's fine as long as human being have 100 percentage of their hearing . It's calm and satisfying .

    I like several of you other workouts. I also like pilates. This is not pilates, nor as good as your other energizing workouts.

      ​@@Mrs.J.D.BThis is not Pilates because Pilates uses certain principles that are not applied here. (search Google, Wikipedia etc.) In short: Pilates is characterized by a strong concentration on posture and breathing and it mainly targets the central deep muscles. It was developed by Joseph Pilates around 100 years ago. The problem is that the term is not protected and is therefore used indiscriminately and mostly for clickbait reasons on RUclips. There are very specific Pilates exercises, but theoretically you can transform almost any other gymnastic exercise with the specific Pilates principles. But that is not the case with this sequence of exercises.
