would you guys believe me if i said i actually had fun without having to scream at the instructor on the screen? im a pre-teen doing this (who isnt a morning person nor like stretching/working out) and this somehow made me more energized in the morning at 7:30AM~ and the fact its only 5 minutes gives me no excuses to not do it, thank u~
I literally just did this instructional video, and I feel so relaxed and calm. I struggle with anxiety & depression and I never thought something like this might help. Boy was I wrong!
i don’t have depression (like the actual diagnosable disorder) but i have adhd so i struggle with that of course and bouts of depression stemming from that and it is very unfortunate when the people who say “eating right and exercising every day will improve your mental state 🥰” are unfortunately… right. to some degree! i hate it when they’re right lol
bruh i came into this with few expectations (just wanted to quikcly stretch before a run) but your style of instruction is so amazing. I love how there are almost no pauses and everything flows into the next stretch rather than resetting to start the next stretch. Also the variety is great. You are definetly not boring. Thanks for the great stretch ill come again. (:

I just wanted to change my routine from today and added exercising to the list, but because of being short on time instead of totally skipping it I preferred searching for any short videos and voila! I found yours. Thank you so much, it makes me feel physically and mentally healthy too
I'm not a morning person. I'm doing this at noon after being up for hours and doing desk work. This is great for stretching out your body if you're like me and go full goblin at the desk. Would recommend doing this at least once an hour if only to keep limber and keep your body from getting stiff.

I've been in what I call "hell week" at my retail job, which has been 2 weeks of working every day, most of them being open to close shifts (someone didn't put in the schedule that they'd be out of the country so I'm covering most of their shifts and working my own). I started seriously feeling the compression in my spine after a few days and this has been a lovely little routine for me to do when I get to work before I open. Thank you for this 🙏🏻

Exercises are doable for me and I have some health things I'm concerned about so exercise is important to me very much. Thank you for sharing your channel
