That was hard. Could not do that roll ups. But I did not give up so I used my Mini Ball for Support. I will put that on my list and will do it more often ❤
I find them very hard also. I started putting a small neck pillow behind my lower back. I still struggle some but can manage with the pillow. I am hoping as my core strengthens I will eventually be able to manage without the pillow.
It worked better for me to roll up with legs bended. They descend going back but is easier to roll up than. I felt for the first time contracting the lower abdominals. THanks for this😍🤩😍
Thank you Rachel. That was short but strenuous! I’m out of breath 😊 I couldn’t lower my body while supported by my right arm but surprised myself managing to accomplish it on opposite side. Love, Faye from PEI
@@TheGirlWithThePilatesMat Today has been the fourth time doing this workout and showing improvement. I could lower my body on both sides this morning! My form needs some work but I didn’t slip & crash to the mat like I did the first time. Thank you so much for your encouraging support. I hope you have been looking after yourself and your weekend has been relaxing in body & spirit. ❤
A little too hard for me today after surgery 10 weeks ago think I need one of the easier abs workout for a while. Any ideas. Hate having gone backwards but fighting forward yes I am cleared for exercise. Thanks rachel

That was challenging, especially trying to watch and copy you on my iPad😂I’ve hurt my neck doing that - but this was excellent core session-I just have to put my hand on the wall instead of behind my head when we swing our left leg back and forth (my right side is the ataxia/balance deficit side, so never know where I might end up if I don’t hang on…😬🫨🥴), makes it important to keep up my core strength, so thank you for the challenge!😊❤
