    I can't thank you enough for your outstanding Pilates videos. Your Standing Pilates with Weights is perfect for my situation. I have very limited space and "viewability" of my monitor so Standing Pilates is perfect. I'm finally focusing on weights as I try to slow the progression of osteoporosis. I just ordered a weight vest for walks and plan to try with the videos in the future. I have found 7 videos (plus a 15 min one) so I'm set for a video a day. Thank you for wearing different outfits as that's helping me track which one to do which day. :) I know I can sprinkle in other Standing videos you have done and just add the weights to give me even more variety. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

    I just discovered your channel . I'm struggling with strength after hip replacement. I love the variety of the workouts and I do modify when needed. this so helpful for recovery. thank you❤️

    Wow Rachel you are an amazing woman... I love your classes. I am very challenged by today's class and I am sweating profusely and my heart rate is quite raised. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ I used 4 lbs hand weights and it was HARD. I'll be doing this class again and again ❤

    I loved this workout! I enjoyed the weights and the challenges. I could interlace my hands in the back and raise them.

    I am always amazed at how creative you are! You are always creatinhg new moves and weight workouts. I struggled with the back leg in the air, so I modified.

    A couple of days ago I did a 30 minute dumbell and bodyweight strength training session, using 3kg weights, and although tired, I wasn't shaking with fatigue after. This time I used 1kg, and time under tension, ie keeping hold of the weights continuously makes a lot of difference! Thank you, Rachel!

    This was a wonderful and energetic workout. I love the stretches, back, foot and hip stretch. The Foot stretch was very good for me, due to knee pain.

    First I did one older session for older ladies. Just ... to be prepared. To decide if I do a full body workout with weights? Then I did this one. My weights are 0,5 l water bottles, but then, this is very much more than no weight for someone over ... well, let's say over weights age? Thank you Rachel for this excellent one (besides all other excellent ones)! It was challenging but doable. Just the right mixture.
