I can't thank you enough for your outstanding Pilates videos. Your Standing Pilates with Weights is perfect for my situation. I have very limited space and "viewability" of my monitor so Standing Pilates is perfect. I'm finally focusing on weights as I try to slow the progression of osteoporosis. I just ordered a weight vest for walks and plan to try with the videos in the future. I have found 7 videos (plus a 15 min one) so I'm set for a video a day. Thank you for wearing different outfits as that's helping me track which one to do which day. :) I know I can sprinkle in other Standing videos you have done and just add the weights to give me even more variety. I just discovered your channel . I'm struggling with strength after hip replacement. I love the variety of the workouts and I do modify when needed. this so helpful for recovery. thank you❤️

What a delightful session, thank you! Had to hold a chair for some one-legged moves, or drop my weights, but great stuff, great start to the week!😊❤ received my pink shirt yesterday, I love it!

A couple of days ago I did a 30 minute dumbell and bodyweight strength training session, using 3kg weights, and although tired, I wasn't shaking with fatigue after. This time I used 1kg, and time under tension, ie keeping hold of the weights continuously makes a lot of difference! Thank you, Rachel!

First I did one older session for older ladies. Just ... to be prepared. To decide if I do a full body workout with weights? Then I did this one. My weights are 0,5 l water bottles, but then, this is very much more than no weight for someone over ... well, let's say over weights age? Thank you Rachel for this excellent one (besides all other excellent ones)! It was challenging but doable. Just the right mixture.
