I honestly appreciate Lottie's videos so much. They are just focused on moving kindly while doing a hard pilates workout, without blasting horrible music or screaming to your ears. I wish more instructors would realize that often the motivation to move is found in gentleness and not "blackmail". Much love to you, Lottie!

A very nice and helpful set of exercises, smooth but not as easy as it seems at the first glance. Involves not only core but the whole body as well, which is great. Put together and performed masterfully, with fine measure. Thank you, Lottie! Keep on good work.
wow, this one was tougher than I had expected! Sometimes my core needs a change up. Also, I'm getting over a toe injury so working planks back into my regime was good timing.
This looks brilliant, Lottie. I always watch Pilates videos first to preview them (to gage level, ability, etc) and this looks like something that I might be able to do. I can’t quite do a roll up properly yet but I like the half roll back stuff you have here to help strengthen and improve it. I’m going to give it a try in a bit after I do a few errands.
Hello Lottie! Hope your having a great day. This was an intense core session. Could you showcase a pointe/arch improvement routine for foot flexibility. This is something I struggle with in my gymnastics class with L sits, leg raises, handstands, or any exercise with pointed toes. My pointe is weak, and my tend to cramp up.
