- Day 15 of our 24 Days of Pilates challenge is a Pilates sequence for Obliques & Waist; really your waist is your obliques, deep transverse abdominal muscles and latissimus dorsi. Think of a corset or cylinder of muscles around your trunk rather than just the front "6 pack" abdominals. Hope you enjoy this Pilates circuit today.

Your workouts are wonderful! I did all 24 days and have been going back through the workouts in January. I have suffered with migraines, chronic pain and fatigue, and endometriosis so it has been hard to workout and find workouts that help me feel strong and energized! Yours are the first I have successfully been able to so and feel better after! Thank you, Lottie! I wake up with neck pain and your pilates makes it go away. Is there any chance you could do a workout focusing on neck, shoulders and spine to help relieve pain and tension? Xoxo Justyna

I think ab work is my favourite, however, doing the swizzling bit where your leg comes under, I'm not sure where my leg was going, it certainly wasn't going in the direction it was meant to, then I panicked to keep up and looked like a octopus in trouble 🐙 ... I will practice that one

Amazing. How much of this is totally new? I will add this to my list of routines to do often.
I’ve done the 24 days, what’s the best way to keep it up just keep doing the full 24 days or just selected days and other routines which is what I’m currently doing. Really feeling a differences thank you, particularly like doing this in the middle of my work day if I’m work king from home, reenergises you.

I really enjoyed this one, but it didn't get as deeply into the obluques as I thought (or maybe my main abs just do too much & keep the obliques from working harder?).
I enjoyed this one, but I do feel like the prior ab routines burned more & left me hurting longer after!
