  • Day 19 of our 24 Days of Pilates is another development from day 1 and day 12; a powerful and peaceful Pilates workout to feel grounded, strong and happy from within. Keep your breathe, centre and enjoy every moment. Let me know how you get on in the comments below. Apologise it gets quite dark at time in this video; it's the middle of Winter here in the UK so hard to have much daylight.

    This is the ONLY workout series I have stuck to and I’m already feeling stronger - thank you Lottie. I am getting worried as to what I’m going to do when I finish the 24 days.... maybe start again?

    I love this 24 day challenge! I’m on day 19 and am able to keep up. So exciting. I had neck fusion surgery 6 months ago and was looking for a workout to get me back in shape. This has been the ideal one. I love how Lottie gets us into the deeper muscles and her depth of knowledge of the body is fabulous. It’s been a great kick start and after I will join her website and do longer classes. Great workout

    I cant believe people think pilates is just for women. These workouts are more difficult than many calisthenic workouts

    I find myself wondering what each day's workout is going to be and looking forward to each class. I love the series and have been doing them since day 1 and actually stuck with them. Thank you for doing this for us! Much love all the way from Houston, Texas :)

    Hi Lottie, been here since day 1. Would like to express my experience after 1-19 videos and a few others. For me the chitchat between the counting kinda confuse my flow and rhythm. And it’s not always about correcting the posture but it was also about random things. Often times i found myself stop and i thought you were changing the move but it was not. Perhaps it can be something to consider :) love your relaxing and slower pace routine it felt good and i kept coming back! Thank you!

    This is such a nice routine, but it’s far from peaceful...! This one feels a little rushed and wasn’t the peaceful Pilates I was after today. Going to chose another video today, and make a note to co e back to this one when I’m after something a bit more intense!
