Love what you do and how you do it, Lottie!! Pilates is definitely a type of exercise that I feel will be sustainable in my life and I'm excited to keep going. I am finishing this challenge a bit late because I started the last week of December but I am so glad it timed out this way. I live in America so it’s been high stress these past weeks. I’m sure you know with stress your digestion gets affected. So I definitely needed a workout exactly like this, this morning. Thank you! I loved this entire series so much can wait to finish strong tomorrow!

Lovely calming exercises !! I’ve suffered digestion got years which I’ve managed quite well at last with a particular diet ! But your exercises have allows Me to free up that endless tension of a having a complicated gut !!! Thank you Lotte

We did this one first and then we did yesterdays class, it was a nice warm up. We wondered is it overground or underground trains we keep hearing in your class. We are assuming it's not your stomach Ha ha
haha it's overground trains near by. Hope it's not too annoying x

Can it really helps for digestive system, because I try lots of methods but nothing works
It's more about allowing the body to relax and create some gentle mobility without stiffness. It's for days when things might be a bit sluggish x
