Loved this workout, I could feel my core working and activating muscles I rarely use. Brian’s personality is golden, he kept me entertained throughout. I hadn’t even planned on doing the whole thing, but by the time I checked the clock it only had 2 mins left so I finished it. ✅ good job everyone!

I'm glad that I gave that workout another chance. This time it was way easier to do heel slides because surface was more smooth for easier gliding. ALso part of the time I did alternating heel slides
