Have been doing this for a few weeks now. 6.5months post partum, instrumental birth, prolapse and inconsistency. Saw a pelvic floor Physio but saw a huge improvement after these exercises. Have gone back to running and feel great, super strong. Thank you 🙏🏼
This is wonderful! Thanks for sharing 🌟✨

Right???!!! Geeze
Thanx
So glad you did this! Such an important muscle group that gets neglected.
Thank you so much for this! You’re literally a life saver been doing this for about 6weeks and I’ve seen significant change. I had a weakened pelvic floor muscle following a gynaecological surgery. Now I’m able to feel my pelvic floor better and control the muscles. I’m really grateful
Just had pelvic floor repair surgery (snapped lose) 7 weeks ago. I needed something like this. Can't sit with feet together yet like you show in the end, but I will try this every morning until I can. Thank you
This was AMAZING - thank you! I’m 1 week postpartum and plan to do this every day until I can return to regular workouts. ❤
Love this dynamic version of pelvic floor! Huge fan of all your videos - you’re my fave 🫶🏻
I love de way u take time to explain it without rashing, great 👍
love this workout. Thank you
Thanks babe very helpful will try to do everyday 🎉
That was great. Brilliant
I can't for the life of me hold it. I can only pulse. Even when I think I'm holding it, when I let go, it's like I already released prior and didn't even feel it.
This exercise good for Mild cystocele and rectocele prolapse please can you answer me. Thanks
Thank you so much!! 💖
1:50 start
So the first practice you are squeezing on the inbreathe and when laying down squeezing on the out-breath? So does it actually matter when you are squeezing in?
I find sitting on my legs very difficult, is there another position you can suggest?
Thank you for the video!
Can I do the workout during pregnancy?
She mentions modifications for pregnancy in the video 👍
Came for the accent, stayed for the pilates.
Lol! I met her when she was in NY & she’s down to earth!
