    I've been doing this twice a week for the past 4 weeks along with a resistance lower body workout once a week and I've noticed such a difference in my core! It's a great feeling to be able to go lower and lower without all the shaking i was experiencing before. Would love to see more of these 15 minute full body pilates videos!!

    This is one of the most challenging 15 minute workouts I’ve found. My friends will recommend 40 min workouts that don’t compare to this 😂 needless to say I return to it often

      I know what you mean. I workout a lot and include strength work as well. But, this speed me how tight my hips were. I have no problem with push-ups but those sided tilt hip-lifts did me in. I feel like this is more challenging to me than other workouts that could be more challenging to other people. So, I see what you mean🪄

      @@just2bad766 lifting weights is useless/dangerous if you don't have the right form, this is a good way to start getting active

      Hi Charlotte - I'm Chloe (the instructor from the video). Sometimes those moves can get into your hips a bit too much! If so, try doing that series laying on your side instead - that should feel much better! Glad you enjoyed it though! :)

    I thought I was quite fit, but my strength has been flagging as I do mostly dancercise type classes, I used to do pilates years ago until I had a knee injury, and loved it, I really enjoyed this and had to take some reps out, I'm hoping I'll get my strength back again. This is one of the best short pilates videos I've found, will definitely be doing this again.

    As a total beginner I did the modified moves and found it a fantastic workout-- and what a warm and accessible attitude! I love that she gives a simple variety of ways to do the movements so you can go from total beginner to very advanced. I hope I'll be doing this workout long enough to get to advanced!

    Omg it is just me but I consider myself in shape cause I used to go to the gym 3x a week (now its closed) I do 30 mins weights workout at home and I struggled doing this :S I was like omg this is hard LOL but I enjoyed it will be back for more.

    This is such a tough one! Using it as a challenge three times a week after my pilates workout to really push myself. Havent fully mastered it yet, but that only pushes me even more! Thx a lot!

    i came across to this channel a month before... at first i used to take breaks with all the shaking in my legs but while doing these for about a month now i can feel the changes. i have become more stable while doing these, the strength build up is awesome and more importantly i enjoy doing the pilates..

    started pilates in school and really enjoyed it and loved how easy these instructions were. A bit hard but i plan to do this for the whole month of december so hopefully we see changes

    I absolutely loved this session. I would have liked another 5-10 minutes but I am drenched after just 15 minutes. Thank you for the concentration on upper and lower body and core in such a condensed time. And I appreciate that these were different exercises than what I have typically experienced in pilates workouts.

    I decided 1 year ago that I wanted to become healthier - while maintaining my mental health. I chose this as my go-to workout cause its efficient to the body and gentle to the mind🧘‍♀️ I aimed to do this vid every day (probably landed on doing it 4-5 times/week) while affirming to myself that I'm healthy (aka slowly changing my identity to someone that's healthy). It definitely changed my mindset around my lifestyle choices. I also feel and look healthier which is amazing🥹
    Anyways, my point is to do exercise your mind likes as well while also doing the inner work! Then you'll see results 🦋

    This instructor! I need to find more of her videos! Now one of my favorites! I love how she reminds us of all of the finer big important parts of movement like timed breathing. I've yet to see many instructors do this!

    i've been doing this with another pilates video that's around five minutes for a little over a week, and oh my god i can feel my core strength growing. i've always had problems with my core, i felt like no matter what i did it remained weak. but i find myself building really good endurance. in addition, this is challenging yet doesn't give my body any type of soreness. it makes me feel better. because i've only been doing this for a short period of time, i'm not focused on results. instead, i'm focused on the fact that i can work out better than i ever had before without feeling like i was dying. i really feel like i'm benefiting a lot from this. ❤

    omg not what i expected. watched through the video and saw it had easy and doable workouts. Tried it and its so much harder than it looks and I couldn't even understand how she was still talking without heavy breathing while doing the workout with me LOL

    I have to split it into 2 workouts because the tipped over part fatigues & cramps my hip flexors. I stop after one side and pick up with the other side later in the day. Hoping to get to where I can do the full thing in a sitting! Great workout, I feel it all day every time I do it
