Please don't missinform people, This exercise is good and done with consistency, a deficit calorie diet and cardiovascular exercise can help reduce belly fat. However, don't state that you did it ONCE and your gut was GONE forever, just saying....I'm not ignorant.
SUMMARIZED: Understanding the anatomy behind waist formation: The position of bones affects waist shape, with certain muscles, like the square muscle of the loins, playing a crucial role.
Exercise to activate stomach muscles: Use a roller or pillow to raise the waist and engage the rectus abdominis muscle by reaching the fifth lumbar vertebra towards the floor.
Strengthening oblique muscles: Improve chest mobility relative to the pelvis by sitting sideways on a stool and turning, using a roller between the legs for resistance.
Restoring spine mobility: Place a roller between the pelvis and a wall to fix the pelvis, then turn the shoulders and arms to each side to restore active mobility.
Advanced exercise with elastic bands: Fix an elastic band at elbow level, rotate the hand while keeping the pelvis stable, with the opposite foot forward for increased abdominal muscle engagement.
Celebrate progress: Embrace the journey of waist training, look forward to the results, and share achievements with others.

It's actually a clever title... I read it as: 'doing this ONE exercise will reduce your waist.' When what it actually says is: 'I did this exercise ONCE and reduced my waist!'

Dr. Alekseev is a Russian dermatologist, only the translator is American. As always, Russians are great in most things, science, medicine, astronomy, literature... (l am not Russian, just very observant).

I grew up in the 60's in Canada. My parents took me many doctors trying to help me with my pigeon toes. Doctors prescribed leg braces. Thankfully my father would not permit it, the trauma would have been greater than the problem. You nailed it with the position of the arms & elbows and synchronized diagonal leg stride. I have struggled my whole life with this! Why? Commands to throw my shoulders back! Stand up straight! Stop slouching! Brought tears and frustration. Why could I not accomplish something so simple that every other child seemed able to do?
I am relieved to be walking taller, taking stress off my knees and ankles, growing stronger with walking in balance, developing ( and with developing buttocks, allowing farts pass with out trumpeting to the world that I am doing it). Crazy? Maybe, but I'm thankful! Life is looking up at 70! God Bless you!
While horseback riding 2 years ago, I got crushed into the saddle by a low branch, compressing my L1 by 30%. It seems walking in such a fashion is no problem.

@@ShikhaMehta honestly about 2 years on a Paleo and keto diet with imperfect exercise. The last 100 + days I have been on a carnivore style diet to repair nerves and cellular damage. I was overweight for 20+ years. The standard American diet was hurting me, head to toe. I know these style exercises have been helpful for my core and back strength. Now that diet isn't a struggle, a better exercise routine feels possible.

I’m now 67 I used to have a wonderful hourglass waist with a fit strong, body which I took for granted. I hit 63 & depression (maybe because I was 63) but I didn’t get out of bed for around 3 months & cried a lot. The results of which are many and totally uncomfortable. Since then to now I’ve been trying to get even half way back to me prior. Hei aha (oh well) I’ve been watching a few of Ur videos now and my intent is to incorporate Ur wisdom and simple exercises into my getting up each day.Thank you for sharing & I agree with the comment made about a koha (donation) for I believe they will help greatly😊 Blessings

How long does it last?
Movement is the exercise. What I mean by that is...walking does the job. And also fast majority of the day. You need a minute amount of water to aid the initiation of loosening waste in the body.

Check if you have vitamin D deficiency. Taking vitamin D (I was quite deficient) drastically improved my reflux. Dr Berg says there's a connection.

@@avictoria9277 with in the first week I began to see the results and I kept on exercising till to the size that I wanted.Go on viewing the previous videos for loosing tummy on this page, for sure it helped me so much because I had big tummy but now it's flat and I had 44“ but now I have 35“ which is okay for me.
@@roblong3684 there is a difference between waist line and flat tummy, here I'm talking about flat tummy,of course once someone gets flat tummy even the size of the waist will reduce, but there's what we call waistline, reducing or burning love handle fats, hope it clear now!
