      I have a comment on your suggestion of drinking a belly fat burning morning/ evening drink with Macha powder in it. You give the added caffeine amount you are drinking. Please send an answer about the amount of fluoride this Macha add? How about providing the amount of theophylline is also in this for green tea and for Macha? Thanks

      The fact that you even knew matcha tea contained fluoride and a concerning amount of theophylline would suggest you could easily find out? From the videos I watched of Dr. Mandell, his suggestions are consistently natural remedies therefore you would probably need to research each particular component of said remedies and then kind of piece them together to draw a suitable conclusion on the quantities.       "Natural" does not mean everone can or should use it w/o research. I had just heard about macha and since have found out about chemical properties. Thanks! I learned the hard way already that the fluoride toxcity is so highly
      reactive it can potentuate and cause hyper senstivity to all kinds of ingredients. I miss ice tea!

    This is exactly what I needed! I’ve followed different suggestions from your channel. In the last year I’ve been eating healthier, walking and drinking different concoctions I’ve seen on this channel. I have lost weight SLOWLY, over time. I’m 38 yrs old, 5 feet. I started out at 202 lbs and currently I weigh 165 lbs. I went from a size 20 to a size 14. I know I still have more work to do because of my height but I’m confident that these type of exercises will help me get rid of the “kangaroo pouch” I have left in my abdomen. Your suggestions aren’t a quick fix. It takes consistency, patience and determination but they do work. At least they have for me. Thanks! 👏😁

      I call my bulge a kangaroo pouch too. A friend says it’s her mermaid tail! It’s hard to go slow, but past rapid up and downs were often a problem for many that end up with stubborn weight gain. Congrats on your progress 👍. Keep at it 🤩.

    Thank you for these exercises! I was concerned at first it may put pressure on my lower spine, but it did not. I have to be very careful as I have arthritis in the spine and my discs slip out easily but this put no pressure at all and helping me to strengthen those support muscles!

      Yes! I use to do those two and my abs were so defined. No exercise has ever done that for me. I will start doing this again along with this one.

    My goodness, I am 1 minute in and NO ONE IN MY 42 YEARS HAS EXPLAINED IT THIS WAY!
    It makes so much sense now...
    I have had 2 c-section births and my lower back pain is on a different level now.... and that red outline on the human body you showed in the beginning is literally my weak points on my body... My Dr NEVER explained it this way.... Thank you!

    😳 omg, tonight was my first time and I definitely broke a sweat in my head. I skipped the optional one for now. I’ve been working out for about 2 months now with dumbbells and pretty extensive floor exercises and still can’t get rid of my spare tire. 🤦‍♂️ This will be a daily routine from here on. I have been seriously dieting for about 3 1/2 months and the 2 months of exercises and have lost 52 pounds.🎉 Everything is natural foods which wasn’t easy for the first month but isn’t a problem now. “ I WILL LOSE THE SPARE TIRE AROUND MY WAISTLINE. “

    I just finished this workout and really like it. I'm retired military and hold a 100% VA disability rating so workout programs with the word extreme in front of them aren't a good fit anymore, although I do occasionally try (can't let the grandkids win, they gotta earn it).

    Excellent exercise routines and especially the first one. I do it almost everyday using the Bas Rutten O2 Trainer as I breath in and out with my muscle contracting and what a difference It makes not only on my breathing pulmonary exercise, but inner core transverse abdominals. I will continue to do other exercises from this amazing channel. Thank you Dr. Mandell.

    I've tried repeatedly to strengthen this muscle, but all the exercises I found elsewhere just caused me awful cramping. These are gentle enough to ease me into it, to prepare me for the more hardcore stuff, and I LOVE it.

    These exercises will not make you lose inches in 7 days, that's just clickbait. Only a calorie deficit will do that... and this will take MORE than 7 days! Furthermore, if you are going to give training advice then perhaps you should demonstrate the exercises correctly! Your form is horrible. Perhaps leave fitness coaching to those who are qualified and do this kind of thing professionally...? 😉

    I don't care how friendly and positive he is (which he is -- more power to him), no - a stronger muscle, doesn't matter which one, won't magically "suck in" inches (!) of fat as he says, and no - you can't, of course, lose INCHES (!) from your belly [a challenge even if you dieted extreme and ate very little food for a week] in 7 days by just doing these exercises. Sheesh.
    All great exercises and if done consistently over time one will have improved muscle tone and strength - but a complete clickbait title.

    Thank you Doc! I've been doing this routine since the first day of publication. I feel wonderful, mindful of my posture, stronger in all my daily activities and working on airplanes 12 hours a day! 55 is beginning to feel like 40 again💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

    5:35 (crca) I abhor seeing uneducated people demonstrating this move. Everythings supposed to be in alignment and the hips are supposed to be stacked. The way being demonstrated, one might as well not be doing them at all. It's a waste of time doing it the way shown.
    The core works on keeping everything balanced. If one's not trying to balance, the exercise is useless.

    Hi Doc, Great video! I am a retired Special Forces Officer and had a bad jump in '01. I broke three vertebrae and had a comminuted distal fracture of the Tibia and Fibula. Needless to say my running (to maintain my weight) days are over. I now walk five mile and swim 1500 to 2000 yds on alternate days. Still, it wasn't/isn't enough. I am a stocky (hundreds of push-ups each week) and chubby 5'8'" 220lbs. I eat right but still have a less than flat mi-section. I believe this workout will really help. Can you do an elixir video that burns fat, clears arteries, and makes Mr. Happy happier? You have so many that it's hard to keep them all straight. Think Tolkien "one ring to rule all others." "One elixir to cure all maladies." :) Thank you very much and keep up the great work! Chris

    There no such exercise to help you get rid of belly fat specifically, at least no one people know of, you lose weight completely by eating healthy, exercising. You can lie to yourself that you feel and look lighter. Skinny people do not know what it is to be obese or overweight so for them to suggest a bunch of exercises just makes them sound ridiculous. Again you only lose weight by changing your habits ☝🏼

    Everybody knows that losing fat is about staying in a (small) caloric deficit. It can take months to years depending on your starting fat percentage. And remember, those perfect abs that some people have are sometimes not achieved through healthy ways, so don't get discouraged by not achieving the same results.

      @@dr.alanmandell8821 Dr. Mandel you had prayed for me as you seen something over me holding my life back please can you let me know if in ok now kindly🙏 I always had a hard life since a child I have suffered alot, but the last two years has been the toughest ever I lost everything my job home people I trusted the most had turned their backs on me family and friends, I have no one but I believe in God and I know he is watching over me. I even lost my car I'm 42 I feel like giving up. It's hard to have no one to reach out to for help. I was not like this I made good money always worked hard lost everything, please if you can let me know what you seen over me holding my life back is there anything else I can do?

    Thanks Doctor Alan , I’m 69 and do some of these exercises and to be honest you’ve just given me more weapons in my Arsenal👏,..I’m so lucky living in the Canary Islands I’ve got the beach 15 mins away so love doing yoga and stretching, in the last 4 months I’ve changed my life around..Good diet first is a must, I now drink alcohol one day a week (wine) and eat what I want at my local restaurant but only the one day ..Six days a week exercising and I’m feeling better now than 20 years ago..Anyone starting a weight loss and exercise regime please understand it’s not going to happen in a week, I found at 6 weeks things were improving and now I’m loving my life because I appreciate simple things are wonderful..

      @@lynettedevries1824 Hi Lynette, thanks for your concern, yes there is an ongoing eruption on one of the Canary islands..That island is La Palma on the eastern part of the archipelago ,I'm in Fuerteventura in the west .. Its about 90 miles away from me thankfully, I'm really sorry for those affected by this eruption but thankfully no casualties on La Palma, yet all these islands seven in total are volcanic 🤔..I take life as it comes and enjoy everyone of them, I'm slowly becoming a Canarian and don't let things get to me..Stay safe and again thanks😘
