Dude, over here in Europe your stretches are helping me get back to a younger life. Love these movements! Have also used other classes of yours before! Thank you, JP Porto
I like this one and these exercises as I'm old and have problem with some other ones. Many of these videos should really have clarification on its appropriateness by age.
Thank you so much. I got a pacemaker a few years ago and then has a double mastectomy with reconstruction surgery about a year after. I’ve been practicing bad posture habits for a while now. I think it’s kind of a protection response from post operative pain. 😊
Wow, this really works. I feel so much better. I sat through an Ad to pay you back for your knowledge. Lol. Seriously, I’ll share this video with other Dog Trainers. Thank youuu!

Do you have the answer for Waddle Gait or Trendelenburg gait ? Waddle side to side and what exercises or exactly how to fix the problem ? To walk Normal ? Thank you !!!

This guys shoulders only look normal around the 4:29-minute mark, when he shows the perforated blue line and he apparently lifts his upper body (or whatever) but otherwise his shoulders are naturally hanging down at a 45 degree angle it seems, and btw, many guys have that weird build...any idea why...???
Brilliant. I so need these exercises. I too have been in front of a computer for more than a decade as part of my job, and my posture is poor. I can't actually do the second series at about 5 minutes in. Can I do this while standing against a wall, to make sure my head isn't jutting forward?
I’m already stuck with Kyphosis in my thoracic. My spine literally deformed an MRI showed multiple compression fractures lumbar-thoracic. I’m literally stuck & in pain 24/7. I can’t straighten out. It’s going on 3 years since this a happened. I work out every day best I can still hoping that i can somehow undo this through physical therapy and avoid a serious spine surgery. Only 3 years ago I practiced yoga, I was able to easily do all kinds of postures & stretches. Candlestick, yogic headstand, completely arch backwards from standing into a back bend & more. I was able to bicycle on road 4-6 miles a day and swim in the sound a few times a week. Do you think it’s possible to reverse my condition through exercises such as what I just watched you demonstrate in this video. I’m a first time viewer and was so impressed since I’m desperate to get back the flexibility to do all the exercises you did here in this video. I hope you do reply. Thanks in advance. PS. I’m post menopausal woman in my 60’s.

Oh no! It sounds like you may benefit from these movements to help correct that posture! Give them a try and let us know how you feel afterwards. We'd love to hear about your progress!
Great question! Sometimes it can be hard to get a deep stretch if you're relying purely on yourself to initiate this movement. It can useful to have the resistance of the doorframe to hold your arm in place so you can feel that deep stretch! It can also be a good stabilizer too to ensure good form. But you can do a similar stretch freestanding, for sure. :)
If just push ups work for you then that's great! Some people may need more varied and targeted movements, however, so that's what these movements are for. You're welcome to try them too if you'd like!
Why do you call exercise Zen? Exercise is for everyone & includes everyone. Zen is connected to some type of another god idol religion. Folks just call it Exercise or Exercise foe wellness! Not zen 🙄that offends me 😢

Why do you have to do the exercise in a doorway? Why can't you do it freestanding?
