Thanx for the Vulcan knowledge. 39% curved spine and dystonia for 30 years now, and 2 months ago I woke in back pain that shoots down the back of my right arm pulsing arm pain. I was sleeping on a crate lid at the time on a solid flat surface, I think that due to hours of my spine touching the flat surface, ultimately it why. It's like if you sleep on your arm and notice later when you wake up, I didn't move to correct sleep posture as pain masks itself during sleep mode. Oops, lol. Live n learn. I'm in Canada but encourage free universal health care access globally so, and free medical weed access for people who have painful neuromuscular muscular challenges in life myself included. Surgery is an option for some people, it certainly was how I was born when I fell out of the womb, cesarean. Lol Sorry, just trying to make light of it and laughter after pain is ideal.

I was doing a dead lift and I think I pinch a nerve ....now I can't walk ..its been 6 days now😭😭
