I've been to chiropractors and physical therapy with no end to my pain. On the first day I made these exercises, my pain was reduced by 70%. You don't only give the right exercises, but you give the right techniques to make them effective. You were the answer to my prayers!! ❤❤❤

I have a fused C6-C7 (birth defect) and a chiropractor’s x-ray imaging showed this plus bone spurs. I work sitting 7-8 hours a day from home and recently my Ulnar-Radial nerves started flaring up something crazy. Anti-inflammatory meds do help, so does ice & rest, but I did these micro-movement exercises (plus some “sitting desk” type movements) yesterday. Definitely released the traps and supporting fibers to the point of ZERO pain and that numbness left for several hours. Back at them today, these really work!

What was the Genesis of the issue? I crushed several discs through a cervical impact compression and was compounded by large amounts of osteophytes from injury healing from contact sports. That led to several parts of my spinal.nerves being severed and even after 2 decompression and disc replacement surgeries I've had no regain of function. Sometimes the physical space and damage is unfixable.

Thanks y'all for responding. I am actually doing much better, pain free in the night and almost 100% mobility in my neck. Thanks to my osteopath, manual therapist and physio therapy I am making good progress to regain strength. My left arm and hand is still weaker than my right, but the other symptoms are much better and almost non existent.
In this video i appreciated the theoretical info in the beginning and some of the exercises. I have watched dozens of videos and took the exercises that most connected with my situation. Nerv flossing has been a great suggestion and i am continuing to do it to free the nerves in my left arm. I am doing the "double chin" tug to ease off the pressure from neck in disc 5 from bad posture. This and the kettle exercises from my physio to support my discs via muscle strenghtening are what did the trick.
I have also been taking turmeric/black pepper pills to reduce inflamation in my neck... and some other pills that encourge mobility and joint reconstruction.
Thanks for reaching out and your wishes! 🙌

I'm so sorry. In the US, the time to see a doctor is hit or miss depending on where you live. Some states have far more doctors (and teaching hospitals) so the wait for a specialist is maybe three months at most. When I had the symptoms described in this video, I was given a same day appointment with my GP who ordered an MRI. I was able to get the MRI in about a week. It would have been sooner had I not required sedation (my claustrophobia is severe). The appointment had to be for when one of the anesthesiologists was available to be in the MRI area to administer sedation and monitor me. It must be frustrating and upsetting thst it takes so long to get NHS care. I was shocked that, in addition to the wait time to see doctors, that specific cancer screening procedures start much later (age-wise) in the UK than they do in the US. I can't help but, wonder if that's due to the same reasons it takes so long to see a doctor and to have scans done.

I thought I might have TOS. I get awful pain now down my arm. If I straighten my neck laying down it can get worse, laying down on a flat surface made it hurt terrible. Under collar bone has tense muscle, on my tricep, and as I have dealt with for many many years.. thoracic area. It goes down neck, to thoracic, to arm. 25 years ago I had a car accident and hurt my left thoracic area where it has been bad, particularly in winter, with stabbing deep pain. Most of back and same left side in my glute/sciatic area gets very painful. Now, it’s neck on down to arm.

I wonder if the same thing but a bit further up could be the cause of my horrible headaches when bending down or leaning forward. There is a slight tenderness on the right hand side of what I think is maybe my c5 but maybe higher, and I've always just thought that it is stemming from that. Physio did say my neck was significantly tighter at that side and did some work on it last week but still the extreme headaches continue

Can a pinched nerve affect the upper neck doctor. X- ray reveals no degenerative changes. But l had sharp pains in my upper neck and occipital headaches.Physio exercise twice a day have reduced symptoms by 70%. I also had pain in the inner mid neck radiating into the brain tem when laying on my side since gone with exercise. Do you think a piched nervebis at play? Strangely l do get some mild tingling in my arms aswell.

With chronic pressure on a nerve it can be damaged- but usually the numbness would affect only part of the hand and their may be associated weakness.

      Hi and thanks for asking.
It's hard to say what that could be due to. However, it sounds like a circulation issue. Meaning, you are just spending too much time in that position and blood is pooling. Why do you need to do that?

@@PrecisionMovementCoach Thanks a ton for the answer. It could definitely be, since my left foot has a tiny bit of tingling as well every now and then.
Well, I used to lie in bed watching TV with my partner, but now I just stand up if I lay too long and the headache disappears.
Interesting some of the face tingling seemed come and then go away again after laying straight down looking up for a little while. Not really sure what to make of it. But its not strong symptoms but enough to find it a bit weird.
