If you counted the opening cutscene with Peach in TTYD, I can see why it would take 11 minutes. That cutscene used to be the title idle activity in the original, and doesn't play after you start a new file, so the time might be faster in that version.

I love paper mario but sadly the franchise has devolved ever since super paper mario. Thousand year door was definitely the best. My main criticism for the franchise is the loss of character and personality of the axillary characters after around super paper mario. Like having virtually all villagers look like an identical toad? leaves no room for the full and complex narrative the games used to have. But this is just my opinion, many people may feel differently. I began playing the games in 2003 starting with paper mario N64 that we had because of my brothers. I used to play on this super small box tv back in the day, it was very nostalgic. I dont think youd be able to find tvs like that nowadays. We still have it in our garage too, we’re reluctant to get rid of it due to the memories.
Don't think it's right to call SPM the most underrated one - most people think its alright but nut as good as the other 2, so unless you're gonna argue its better, then it's rated pretty appropriately. I'd say Color Splash is most underrated - obviously not a great game but most people skip it entirely. It's nowhere near as bad as Sticker Star despite being lumped in with it.
I agree. Color Splash got (and still kinda gets) WAY more flack than SPM. Seriously, seeing every single SPM fan claim it's underrated drives me crazy. There's like, three and a half million of them. SPM gets as much love as it needs.
